Good Eve Imperium Soldiers and Stormtroopers! We have a special mission coming up for ONLY non-FS members of the military of the Imperium, an aid mission! The Imperium isn't all putting down rebellions and terrorizing all who oppose us, quite the contrary! Our characters are soldiers firstly, but they are also beings with families, histories, and a purpose. Rather than adopt the Tarkin doctrine of the old, the Imperium of today has brought about more aid and less terror. The galaxy, ever since we won the war, has been picking up the pieces of the war and fixing what was broken.
Much like the real world, not everything can be fixed in ten years, and not everything stayed fixed that was repaired. In this mission, Grand General Konstantine Arkyadvich will be leading your soldiers personally in the construction of temporary housing and an Imperium garrison for a small village on Ansion as well as the harvesting of their crops. As many of you know, Ansion is a breadbasket world, and thus exceedingly important to both the Imperium military as one of our many main food sources. You will be in full gear and required to converse with the villagers as they assist you in the construction of their homes.
Pirates and Mercenaries can easily hide in this world's immense plains and boundless expanses of unsettled areas, thus over time problems have been cropping up that need putting down. As is natural, something will go horribly wrong during your work that will require hasty leadership and demonstration of your skills as soldiers, but I'm going to leave what will occur as a surprise. :CSly
This thread is going to be extremely difficult, but not impossible, and death will not be allowed so you should have no worries. Promotion is possible for lower level characters, and men and women of all ranks(or STC Divisions) may join in on this. Depending on how many people sign up, there may be multiple threads. I will be NPCing each one.
