Coruscant Underworld, Lower Levels

The streets were cold. They felt colder than they usually were for some reason. The upside to the day was Emilia had just finished her new armor that she was wearing.

She'd needed some to use for jobs she approached more cautiously. Today she'd managed to put it together from the pieces of armor she'd collected during her travels, and with some help from a droid. As much as she disliked droids, she had to admit they could be helpful. Oso, an associate of hers, had so many trinkets and it was hard to ignore how helpful they were.

But Emilia was on her own today. She enjoyed being on her own. No one to bother her with their witless prattle. Besides, she was only following up something minor.

A gang, one that was rumored to be escalating. The small sephi was not sure what kind of approach to the problem she was going to take, if any. For the time being she was only gathering intelligence to fill her time. The main reason she was still in the underworld was to see if there were more remnants of the Drak Kor Order. She wanted to make sure every last remnant of it was removed or hassled.

She wanted to see the planet completely free from the cult of assassins. So far, however, she'd heard no hide nor hair of it for awhile. So for now her lithe frame made its way past a homeless man sleeping on the street, towards this supposed gangs territory.

When Ailis had last returned to Coruscant, it had been to visit home, to see what had happened in her absence. She had quickly found out that she was no longer welcome on the streets as her old gang had made that quite clear to her. She'd had some time to reflect on things since then, to think about her past, her new place in the world. Time to let anger stew into resentment at the people who she had once surrounded herself with, who had recently tried to kill her.

She could muse about justifications, that she was cleaning up the streets or taking care of a mess her former self had left behind for the innocent underworld dwellers. All of that would have been a lie though. What she wanted was vengeance. Vengeance and the erasure of a past that she no longer wanted a part of. A past that she wanted to fade away, turned to dust.

Ailis had returned to Coruscant discretely, carefully concealing her travels and gathering what equipment she needed to carry out her plans. She now stalked a few members of her old gang quietly from the rooftops and girders that crisscrossed the urban underbelly of coruscant, carrying a skimboard under her arm as she hopped from beam to beam.

She didn't come wearing fashionable street clothes like last time, instead garbed for anonymity from both her targets, and the anyone else who might know her in this life or her old one. She had remade her lightsaber for this outing, pulling the crystal from its old hilt and installing it into a new shell. Holstered on her hip was a small pistol that she had picked up on the black market.

She lingered on the edge of her old gangs territory. The Diamond Eyes had been mostly small time when she had left, satisfied to deal the Crude that she had supplied at the various clubs and bars that littered the blocks. News was getting around on the streets that they were up to something though. That they had gone quiet, that they were recruiting and preparing. For something. She planned to find out what that something was.

And so Ailis stalked the heights as she followed a trio of gangers that she knew belonged to the gang, tracking their activities and waiting to see where they were heading. She wasn't sure if all the gangs old hangouts were still legit, or if they had moved on to bigger and better things after she left, so for now she stalked in silence, gathering information to take them down with.

It took Emilia a very short time to realize the streets were pretty empty here. If she'd crossed into this gangs turf, well, then the emptiness probably made sense. If they were up to something they'd likely keep outsiders away. But the more she walked the empty streets the more she felt like she was wasting her time by not finding anyone.

Soon the sephi's purple gaze turned skyward, settling on a building. She decided a better view might shorten the amount of time looking around, and since no one was around to see Emilia called upon the Force to make it happen. The Jedi bent her knees and pushed herself upward. With the aid of the Force flowing through her body, the air rushed around her as she jumped several feet and landed on top of a building.

Emilia took a moment to look around, stalking the roof, scanning the area around her. The air was more chilly on the roof, which she noted while she walked. The wind rushed past her ears and made it hard to hear much. That, however, became less of a concern once her purple eyes settled on someone who seemed to be following a small group of men.

Unconcerned with the consequences Emilia began to move towards this figure (@Arcangel). Jumping from roof to roof until she managed to close in on the person. The Jedi found herself around a corner near the target she'd locked onto. Without much warning, the small sephi in her personal gear took a step out of the corner. If the target turned around she'd be able to see the sephi easily at this point.

"Are those friends of yours?" Emilia asked plainly, speaking about the men this unknown person was following.
