Background
Born from the love between two members of the clan Bralor in one of the most important worlds of the Imperial Hutta, Nar Shaddaa, their mission was simple, to hunt down the many criminals that still lived in the filthy streets of the i Bob wasn't raised much differently than any other Mandalorian, taught about their Mandalorian religion, culture and beliefs since he was little, being trained to follow their steps. Everything seemed to go smoothly for little Bob, but then his parents died in battle, killed in a trap that was set by one of the most powerful gangs located in the Smuggler Moon. While a Mandalorian child would usually be adopted by his other familiars if his parents got killed, an officer of the Empire sent him to one of the Imperial academies located in the Imperial Republica space.His instructor was a smart, manipulative one. He started to brainwash little Bob after knowing about his background, telling him that his role in the future would be to enforce the law, to stop criminals like the ones that murdered his parents, that by being loyal, by defending the law, he would honour his parents, he would help that are not treated fairly, that he would become a hero that would help make the Sith empire a better place.
After he graduated from the academy, Bob made his own suit of armor and was sent directly to Nar Shaddaa, where he spent years fighting against crime on the streets under the order of his superiors, arresting gang members (Or, alternatively, executing them on the spot) Stopping thieves, murderers and fining people for driving too fast.
Now, however, he is back at the IR, transferred unceremoniously after many years of service in the Imperial Hutta. Saddened by the lack of crime to stop, Bob now spends most of his time fining people for not driving correctly, only getting to do something meaningful whenever he visits the lower levels of Coruscant and other very populated planets.
However, the Empire is weakening, rebels were rising, the Old Empire were backstabbing them by using an invented planet as an excuse and even his own brethen, the Mandalorians, were turning their backs on them. People like Bob were now more needed than ever.
It was time to kick ass and give tickets, and he was all outta tickets.

As a man who was trained to fight since he was nothing but a child, Bob is in perfect shape, he is strong and doesn't lack the reflexes to dodge a blow or two. Bob is also proficient in hand-to-hand combat, melee combat and ranged combat and also a good pilot, specially good during dogfights
Bob spent most of his life fighting criminals on one of the most populated places in the galaxy, Bob is experienced in urban warfare. Not only that, but fighting scum of every size and type has made him very good at improvising, capable of adapting to each situation quickly to avoid getting killed, keeping his head cold and thinking outside of the box when he is in danger.
Bob, as a Mandalorian, obviously knows how to build his own sets of armor and how to speak Mando'a. He also has learnt some basic skills during his life, he knows how to repair and maintain his own ship and he knows basic field medicine, which proves handy when its very likely that you will get shot.
