In all honestly, I think the second one was complete crap. Not only did they use a second rate actress who lacks all of Loken's neo-vampiric flair, they had a plot that was.... well... less than that of a C movie (if you've seen the comedy Drunken Monkey, it's about one tenth that good). In addition, they used every shitty vampire myth in the book, everything from the 'don't show up in mirrors' to the 'wooden stake'. The props look like toys bought at a children's store and they used a number of still images for the backdrops because they were too cheap to take a short film of the rocky mountains. Hell, they didn't even steal a short from someone else like most B movies do.
Needless to say, I've not seen a movie this bad in a very long time. I wish they'd kept Loken, grabbed a half-way decent budget, and actually retained the dark flair of the original. This 'vampire western' was..... pathetic.... to say it nicely.
