You posted this in the wrong board, friend. You also haven't used the correct templates, as provided by our ever charming Tech Admin, @Clayton in this very board. Tech Profiles usually aren't approved if they don't follow the templates and fill out all the required information within them.
And stitching cortosis, which is a metal, and using plating techniques to make a suit of armour conform to your muscles and not obscure movement and agility, while also providing protection from blasters and lightsabers is most certainly technology. Fairly advanced techology at that.
