I'm curious as to what great soundtracks are out there that I have yet to hear. I've had a craving for beautiful music lately.

It may not be exactly what you're looking for, but check Hiroyuki Sawano.

If you like anime, he's the composer for quite possibly every single good anime out there lol YouTube Gundam: Unicorn and Aldnoah Zero themes and pieces for some examples, or perhaps soundcloud it as Aldnoah Zero for some reason gets pulled from there a lot.
