Having had his helmet already removed and in hand this whole time, her gaze met his and he would listen to her piece on the down trodden before leaning in again. Adjusting the repeater on his back slightly as it shifted uncomfortably "We did not understand the full scope if this issue when we promised support... They would have sent someone from our war council to meet with you if they did Miss Thire." Juulius said as he kept his senses about him with the force extending around him, not sensing either of the alliance representatives close by him "But given the exposure to this situation thus far, I can promise you one thing-" Juulius said as he looked away for a moment and back towards the tents and wounded that he had seen upon entering the area

"-We can aid you in this effort directly, your warriors even if they were civilians yesterday have proven to be proud and strong people." Juulius said while putting the datapad back into his cargo pocket and extending an arm to grasp the outside of her elbow if she didn't retract, making eye contact with a truly genuine look on his face "But I hope you understand what that will mean for your people, I don't mean the destruction that war causes I mean the inclusion into Mandalorian Space Aeliana... My people are always looking to include proud and capable warriors, academics and nationalistic minded beings into their territories." He trailed off towards the end but came right back "It would save your people from rogue slugs bringing a fight to your doorstep." He finished with a chuckle, and if she hadn't resisted his grasp he would take his hand from her arm and wait for her response.

Denise stood there waiting for an answer when two men pushed passed her. They had special delivery apparently, still no need to be rude. She decides to move up towards them just a little, to hear what they are saying, as she was curious. Though her offer to the doctor to help fix things was still open. She did want to be useful, as no point being a spare wheel. She asked the guys, who just passed her, Do you need a hand, with setting anything up? She was after something to do, something to help people here. So she waited for either the doctor, or these guys to say she could do something to help. As she waited, she took a sly picture of them, with her datapad.

Vas served the injured freedom fighters until she had run out of supplies. So far she had no information about the attack aside from what the mission briefing told her, but at least she was helping the injured recover. Even with the doctors attending to them, she figured the fighters were doing a lot better with her help than they would have been doing without. Hearing one last thank you from a woman with a bloodied leg, she quickly ran back to the ship to get more medical supplies. On her trip back to the ship, she caught the mercenary taking a picture of some more men with her datapad. When will she ever stop, she thought. Didn't she know that people's lives are at stake. Oh well, at least she was making an effort to help out. And the others were pulling their weight, as far as she could tell.

Carrying a large crate of supplies, she struggled again on her journey back to the group of injured people. She always picked up an amount of supplies that would be too big for her scrawny physique to handle, but the knowledge that she would potentially be saving lives with every extra pound of supplies made her persevere. She arrived once again and placed the crate next to the doctor. "Here's some more supplies," she stated, pausing for a few seconds thinking of what else to say now that she had gotten the doctor's attention. She looked at the crowd of people, then turned back to the doctor and said, "We really appreciate the good work you have been doing for the freedom fighters. From me, my companions and the Galactic Alliance, we thank you for your efforts in liberating the galaxy. That is the Alliance's goal, to unite radicals, revolutionaries and freedom fighters across the galaxy against tyranny and oppression, just like the tyranny these ones have fought against. We could really use the help of skilled doctors like you in our efforts."

Once again his efforts had failed to bear fruit, or not the fruit they were looking for at least. True Gerruf had definitely managed to help a lot of people, and immensely eased the burden on the poor doctors. He was proud and happy of that, yet not satisfied with the outcome. It just wasn't enough, even with his fellow Rebel joining in to help out, she too had noticed nothing evidently. Sighing quietly, the Bothan finished deploying one last bandage and then stood to slowly remove himself from the herd of injured and doctors.

Vas was returning for more supplies he saw, a good idea that he would need to emulate. Or at least those were his initial intentions. Instead, Gerruf found his gaze drawn to the doctor he'd previously questioned over by the newly landed ship. With her was the second in command now, engrossed in some conversation. He hesitated for a moment but his gaze hardened eventually, and he found himself walking their way. The second in command, Gerruf would question him next for information, and this time he wouldn't be put off with half assed excuses.

Perhaps the doctor would be displeased again by such intrusion, but Gerruf was unwilling to follow mere half measures at this point. At least he and Vas were being productive, the Mandalorian had spent the entire time talking with the person in charge...while their remaining comrade took pictures. Shaking his head the Bothan looked to the second in charge and the doctor, now in hearing range of what they were saying as he hailed a greeting. "Baldruf? A moment of your time please?"

The leader of the local freedom fighters listened to Juulius. Her expression judging and analyzing his own. Word had reached her about how there were Mandalorians helping the Hutt in a few ways. That had made her skeptical on top of her regular concern for her people.

All the same the woman was not in a position to be particularly choosy. It was either accept the help or continue to deal with the problem with only some chance of things getting better on their own. The movement she was leading was in a hole and the Mandalorians and the Galactic Alliance were both reaching down to help her up. Even moreso it seemed the Mandalorians were the more capable group. While Thire had been focused mostly on her own planet she had not been oblivious to galactic news. Juulius's words would have been taken as nothing more than talk but the Mandalorians as a whole had a reputation that backed it while the Rebels had apparently had mass evacuations and lost ground.

"I understand. I'll speak with advisors and we can coordinate some more cooperative interactions with the Mandalorians when things are....calmer." Her eyes followed Juulius's and looked around at the rather chaotic area. "Until then we accept your assistance from both the GA and your own forces." She extended and hand to shake in the same way as a normal galactic citizen.

Elsewhere in the camp...

"Look doc, take your lil friend..." The man motioned towards Denise desmissivly. "...and get outta here. We've got supplies to unload." If the medical proffesional was not angry before she was now. "Supplies?! What kind of supplies? People tell me my bedside manner is bad but you are just being rude." The man she was talking to took a deep breath, obviously trying to calm his nerves.

The injured that the Mon Calamari helped were very greatful. They smiled at her struggle to carry the supplies. Not because it was a humorous display but because it showed that she was willing to deal with the difficulty to assist them. When the aquatically inclined rebel came to say her thanks to the Doctor that was having it out with the freighter crew member she stopped mid tirade and seemed to calm down. It was greatly different than the bull headed treatment she had been getting from the voidfarer. "Um...well...thank you, and you're welcome. Um, what's your name?"

Baldruf witnessed all of this. Occasionally he looked up from his assistance with others, ignorant that what he was doing to the people on the landing area was being done to him. Jerked from his observation once again he tensed but then relaxed once again recognizing the Bothan from just minutes prior. "Yes? What is it?" He looked to either side of Gerruf as if sizing him up or trying to glean why he had attracted the Jedi's attention.

Juulius listened to her response and took the handshake politely, returning it with a firm grip and looked back in her direction after glancing about. “Is there anything else currently around the camp we can assist with? I know we are only four but they’ve got to be close to finished unloading medical supplies and the rations by now.” There was a pause in his voice realizing he hadn’t kept track of how long they’d been talking, looking down to his wrist chrono quickly and turning his attention back to the woman in charge. Moving as they would continue to talk if they did, and guiding them back towards the main area to find the others in his group and see how things were coming along.

Seeing as no fights had broken out or blasters been pulled so far he assumed things were going to plan. Taking a moment to recall the amount of cargo and number of extra sets of hands that had volunteered to help, Juulius would stick with the commander to hear any extra thoughts or plans she had for the time being.
