From the bogans perspective, he's utterly slaughtered the vast majority of the jedi. There weren't nearly as many dark jedi deaths as there were jedi deaths, because there aren't nearly as many dark jedi. He also has the other half of the jedi falling into an ambush on another planet designed to wipe them out. He doesn't want to destroy the jedi in full, he wants to assimilate them into his own and weed out the weak in the process.
What happened today was a clear victory in terms of The Bogans goals, he destroyed the temple utterly, he divided the jedi, and left a doubt about the republic's true intent as he was a "general" of the republic, or at least able to pose as one well enough to have various paperwork, and the callsigns of the republic that would allow the jedi to leave to fight the taung. He also managed to turn one of the jedi to the darkside and left a great display of power in his wake. Furthermore, he thinks the Grand Master dead, the grandmaster isn't dead but still extremely wounded from the final attack of Force Destruction. I think all in all the jedi's moral and trust would be at an all time low at this point.
One of the main reasons I pulled out OOCly however is because of the timers on the charges, significant IC time had passed and it would be rediculous to ignore that fact. He didn't get the swift victory he wanted, the Jedi Grandmaster was stronger than he expected, and thus he had to leave or risk losing his order because of the explosive blasts that were about to go off.
