Well Evil Giraffe has been accepted as a Marshall currently, and has thus far been Vital in the situation with Seoul V, as for Aluminum falcon I think since he was a former Marshall it makes sense for him to be in here.

Edit: Then there's Weiss.....Just can't get rid of him, Weiss's are like cockroaches......:) Just kidding Weiss.

You'll notice that Fusion and Jax don't have access here, nor do several of the other members, in my opinion the Command Bridge is for the command staff, which could easily be anyone of Marshall rank and above.
