He refused help to those who wanted to - and to an extent will still act cold to those who dismiss his ideas of what happened to his family. However, after gaining the boy's trust, I see a kind, caring - if not somewhat sarcastic - boy. Hopefully we can continue helping him move on with his future. It's always a shame to see a nice soul damaged..."
