Av's Assassin Armor​

Avlin pieced together this armor herself, requesting a custom chestpiece, shoulder pauldrons, and leg guards to be made from an armor manufacturer. The jumpsuit is a standard vacuum certified full-body harness with fire-resistant material, and the pauldrons and chestpiece are made of plasteel. The leg guards, curiously, are made of an impact-resistant composite of plasteel and plastoid. The helmet is what is truly unique, a custom-made piece that seals with the vacuum-suit, and if supplied with air, can be used in EVA situations for emergencies.​

Heavy Blasters: 1 hit on the helmet, no burns; 1 hit on the chest piece, 1st degree burns underneath; Shoulder pauldrons compromised, 2nd degree or worse burns; Leg guards compromised, 2nd degree burns or worse.

Blasters: 2 hits on the helmet, no burns on the first hit, second hit compromises; 1 hit on the chest piece, no burns underneath; 1 hit on the shoulder pauldron, 2nd degree burns underneath; Leg guards compromised, 2nd degree burns or worse underneath.

Vibroblades: Helmet withstands 1 thrust or 2 slashes; Chest piece withstands 1 solid thrust or 2 slashes; Shoulder pauldrons compromised unless glancing blow; Leg guards defend against two thrusts or two slashes, before compromising.

Explosives: Fire-resistant jumpsuit protects against most common explosives at distances ~2 meters away; Shrapnel compromises all armor except for the chest piece, which is ~5 cm thick; EMP shorts out helmet.​

Function 1: Grappling hook, wrist mount

  • Used to pull oneself to higher surfaces, pull other objects towards, and a multitude of other uses.

Function 2: Heads-Up-Display

  • Helmet provides a HUD that displays rangefinding and night vision. Vulnerable to EMP blasts.

Function 3: Vacuum Sealing

• 
  
  • Provides an airtight seal in case of drainage of oxygen and pressure outside of suit. Vulnerable to blades and sharp objects.

(I wanted to post this for my upcoming character as greater clarification for what it is and how it would hold up in a PVP situation if I ever end up having to face someone else.)

Just an fyi light armors are only allowed one function.

The amount of armor plates on this armor puts it more in the medium armor range, so perhaps just change the classification to medium.

If you wanted, you could swap one of the functions out, like the Vacuum Sealing, and replace it with something a bit more assassin'y. Like a grappling hook, or an integrated vibroblade, or something else along those lines.

Oh, I just noticed this. Medium armor allows for 3 functions. Limited vacuum protection is one of them, and looks like what you're going dor. So add that!
