Hey, just to let you know, I will be making a thread about the revolt of Australia from all British laws. This means the United Kingdom will have NO say in what Austalia does. We have the backing of the United States and many Asian countries.

It seems unrealistic that Australia would start an armed revolution over this.

This is why Australia holds referendums every few years - as soon as the public support is high enough, Australia will become independant. A 'Revolt' isn't exactly necessary.

Go for a refeendum and say "Hey, England, we are going to do this diplomatically and write you out of the constitution. No hard feelings, we just want to become a real sovereign state."

TBH, if you said no that would go against the European Unions ideologies...

If he revolts, I'll quash it. If he tries to do it politcally, he'll need good reasoning. If he has good reasoning, I see no reason why not. If his reasoning is nothing more than "Australia wants to be free, wah!!!" then I'm going to say no.

I don't see why you want to leave so much though...you get more benefits as it is than you would. And you're a country in your own right, the only real say we have is in declarations of war and changing laws, so I believe (and even then, we can only stop you declaring a war, I don't think we can force you to join one)

You do know his revolution is illegal. Siding with him is your choice, but it's certainly not the smartest thing to do...as he's revolting against a figurehead, not an actual politician or leader. And if he does it politcally, it should go fine.

If revolution is illegal then the US should have been sued by now. Only loosing a revolution is illegal :CHappy:

Yeah, because it was illegal before the war started...and it was illegal before we decided it was too much effort to keep up, and just let them have it. The revolution was still illegal, we just didn't care.

And it's spelt losing...

Not really he is just protecting his country from people who wish to rebel against it in any form. And I support him in this.

And btw Niner, I see no reason in trying to do this.
