Why do you reach to grasp at my ankles while I snatch at your collar
allow your fingers to grip through the fabric of my armor, to rip at the letters who know who they are
I am cut deep and my wounds left to fester with that disease amor
It becomes my addiction, adrenaline fueling my limbs and my moans, and the nails clawing into your backside while you scream

More

And that simple word lifts me from the sheets through the floorboards, through the ceilings, through the tiles, into the sky till I meet the stars eye to eye and you scream

More

and with each utterance of the word, our web of interlocking fingers becomes rewoven, and our mind's, while separate are simple streams of consciousness, together are an ocean that feeds into the heart and allows its valves to pump till it becomes so swollen that the lump upon your breast will be feared to be cancerous

My addiction to your love is so intense that the anxiety I feel when we are apart is dangerous, life threatening, if I could pronounce my feelings for you in a single word the result would be deafening, the lesson being that my connection with you is beyond instant messaging, we are one in the same and an instant is

Far

Too

Long.

Mercy Brings

If it's the thought that counts, then it's the heart that speaks giving birth to these words until they are so alive they bleed and breathe, and breed and feed, thoughts that I conceive with weed can't compare to the head of steam, the dread in dreams, the death of fiends, one is me, and the other is eternity, I beg for mercy please, don't hurt me queens, I'm a prince of earthly things, fallen angel with dirty wings, this is the pain that mercy brings

Gazing away at different galaxies, magically distracting me from each realm of reality
And the stars and the moon and the skies that hold them, I wish they held me
the yellow brick rays light the way so I could see
And what fell loose from the lips were the dips from the hips of the bitch that just seemed to miss

The ****ing point
I wasn't in it for wedding bands, or vacation plans,
I wasn't here to be your plus one, or your tagalong
I wasn't expecting you to be glad I'm gone
but if you ask your friends how I am, and they stay honest with you,
you'll know I'm looking up, and I see the sky

It's a beautiful day out.

I ain't never felt like I do right now, the replayed memories in my head are just too loud
and the actions in my life seem to repeat, I feel the high from these girls like they were beneath my feet, but when they slip from under them, I fall head over heels, I'm starving for love and I've missed some meals, I've missed some deals, missed the hand I was dealt, I want a full house but they put me back on the shelf, I'm confused and abused, running in circles with no one in my corner, learned to like the attention, but forced to scorn her, mourn her, **** that, mourn me, I set sail at dawn and the skies are stormy, roaring like a lion in his cage, I'm a giant in a maze, I have to crawl on my hands and knees to navigate, the ocean breeze eradicates the tense sense that embodies me, blown from town to town by the breeze like simple tumbleweeds, silently I mumble deeds, my mind crisscrossed like the flight path of bumblebees, and my jumbled pleas are not enough to fumble these muddled screams past the jungle beasts
