We saw the thread when it was first posted, however we have yet to have a discussion about it but will sometime soon.

Thanks for the info. Glad it's being taken under consideration.

I know I mentioned it before, but I found some of the fanon wiki links to one of those first timeline battles I mentioned.

http://swfanon.wikia.com/wiki/Bombing_of_Pho_Ph%27eah

^_^

However, I should note that half of that article is total B.S. in regards to how it was actually RPd, because I shamelessly shoehorned Ussej Padric Bac into being a major character in that event.

The Adena/Viea and Kit Rendar/Darth Ravinos stuff is legit, though. It's just that anytime it mentions Ussej, it probably didn't actually happen.

lol thats true, but the " battle itself and leading kit astray using the hold on Corella and offering it to be spared was all 100%..

actually Bac's version differed very little really most of the differences are little things overall to tie them into his series better. but it's still a pretty good reference to how things were done.

and if Im not mistaken that battle also is what sorta started nudging Ussej to becoming Mantis. So he MAY have been there in some capacity

In the ASWS, it does push him towards the dark side (though there's not really a Mantis anymore in the ASWS), because -- being a good friend of Kit's and being the one who did a lot of the bombing -- he blamed himself. It caused him to withdraw and become paranoid, which only grew worse once he and Laili set out to try and redeem Ravinos.

not a faction being allowed to become complacent and think one tract anymore :P
I would address your points, but it being you. I'm fearful of give anything away.

It's just one sect. The Alsakan Restoration Movement is allied with them or anything.

And also, just to be clear, the vast majority of Alsakans who survived the destruction of Xenvear assimilated into the Republic and are now living peaceful lives on various Republic worlds.
I don't see the problem if he's reworking them into a terrorist group. It wouldn't be a faction that has the whole Alsakan people behind, but a faction of the diehards and fanatics still left, so naturally numbers would be low.

I meant to say the Alsakan Restoration Movemnet isn't allied. I just wanted to clear that up. And yeah, that's what ARM is intended to be when I created it. It's diehards and fanatics, less so in regards to the Alsakan religion but more so in being really pissed at the Republic for the fall of Xenvear.

I have two Jedi Padawans that barely passed training because of the masters disappearing. I feel ashamed if they suddenly learn new techniques...

What should I do? :(

I'm pretty good about sticking to my Padawans. Tell you what, why don't you VM/PM me and we'll talk about getting your Padawans trained up.

When the time skip occurs, will all threads in The Story be archived or left alone?

Archived, similar to what we did during our timeline changes. Since it's a new war, it's easier to start fresh with a new board -- however, URLs don't change, so you don't have to worry about links.

Ouch. I'm pretty sure I wont be able to finish a few threads I'm in right now(me and my roleplayers aren't always 'fast' to reply). Can I copy and paste them then re-post them after the jump as flash backs? lol

We prefer that you don't do flashbacks, but we're not forbidding it either. We gave 3 weeks so people would have more than ample time to tie up any loose ends that need tying before the skip.

It's a good amount of time, but doesn't mean I wont end up with one or two flashbacks when my partners only post once every few days.

I guess I could just abandon the threads. :CDumb

Anyway...thanks for letting me know.

Could we reference things our characters might have experienced in those four years? Growth or disgrace or loss etc?

Not for a power or rank change, just for character development? Or should we just throw all that in new character profile pages?
