He was not part of Faction not that I know of. And he just made the Character one week ago. I assume he got permission from Rev to Make a Knight. Otherwise I have no Idea why he made it without permission from Rev or Sheo.

Not sure if that made sense.

When you say Bogan you mean the Order not the actually person.
