The flax was a sea of shades in light green and golden. It's guise was in obidience of the winds will, how it was dancing with a sheer on top,it was indeed resembling waves. The stems would have reached up till Novas hip and would have tickled her hands for sure, if she did wander on a broad path that led to a building like she had never seen it before. It was of massiv structure, however the many towers, pointy as neeldes, streched it into the sky and granted it a very grafefull appereance. The stone of which it was built, was subtle patternd with veins of gold running through it. It was a ruin though, Nova was able to figure out. Some of the mighty pillars had crushed under their burden, leaving only broken statures and boulders behind. Ornaments adorned the still intact architecture. Roses, ivy and wild wine had concequered the facade and held it in a grip of dark green and vibrant red.

Was it a castle? Like the ones she had heard of in tales and old songs? She entered through a high, wooden gate. The odeur of roses subtle wove itself into the smell of old dust and stone. She walked down a stair, a trail of white silk following her. Then a noise demanded her attention. Her eyes narrowed. Sunshine broke through a window made of colourful glass, granting the room a beam of light that seemed like a an ossified rainbow. She felt a presence. Bright, with hints of shadows, some beyond recognition, some as black as the void between the stars. She was familiar with it. "Hello?" she called.

Finn too had walked into the building. And yet his entrance had been different. With a keen eye he had tried to pinpoint the origin of the structure while he had walked towards it and finally through its corridors and great halls. What kind of architectural style was this? It was gargantuan and had an air of grandiosity about it that was hardly diminished by the fact that some parts of the huge building had caved under time's weight. Nature had started to reclaim the land that had been taken from it by some long dead former owner of this palace. By now all sorts of plants that crept and climbed had grown all over the ground and up the walls of the palace. Even inside of the buildings there were plants growing everywhere, from the ground to the ceiling. Even though Finn had by now realized that he was visiting the strange, dream-like world, which he had visited multiple times so far, he could feel the mighty presence of the plants around him. It gave the dream a weird real touch. Like a comforting warm blanket they covered the whole palace with their aura and covered up the presence of the other being that was present here. For Finn at least it seamed as if he was alone.

From experience he knew that this world was not dangerous, so he allowed himself to wander through the extensive complex that was the palace. Every now and then he would stop and look at the breathtaking architecture and, where it was still visible, the masterfully crafted stained glass windows, the statues, the paintings and the other beautiful works of art that were spread around the palace.
After a while he stepped into a large entrance hall. He was on the first floor and looked over the banister down into the large open space that must once have been a spectacular and awe inspiring entrance into the palace. Now all he saw was white marble statue looking up into the light of a stained glass window. It looked pristine and oddly enough was perfectly preserved.
Finn twitched when the statue spoke and turned it's head. Upon a second look Finn quickly realized that the statue was no statue at all but a girl and that the light had played a trick on him. On instinct Finn had moved back a step when she had spoken up and he was not sure whether she had seen him. Tentatively he walked back to the banister and looked down again, moving himself into the view of the girl. That was, if she was looking into this direction.

“Who are you?” He asked and his voice sounded steely cold. “What are you doing here?” This was his dreamworld. His and that of the being of light. “How did you get here?” He would not let strangers invade this peaceful place. There would not be exceptions for little girls. While he spoke he moved down the long curved flight of stairs that lead form the upper level to the ground floor.

The noise didn't evade her attention, yet the source stayed hidden for the moment. Both her hands found the marble of the balustrade, as she turned towards the center of the great entrance hall. Her gace was a deft wanderer, ambitioned to find its destination. Originally Nova had thought she would meet with her, by now already old, friend, yet now her certitude first paled, then faded. Something felt different. There was no veil to blur the presence this time. Nova discerned light for sure, but without the softening of dulled senses, the darkness gained prominence. Black veines pervaded the being, pulsating like not only the beings blood was ruled by its heart. Anxiety pulled her into a cool embrace. Was this her confidant? She wasn't sure anymore.

From the corner of her eye, she became aware of a moving shadow on the opposite stairs. Her vibrant green found the dark shape in an instant. What she saw was a man, who's age she couldn't guess from the distance. His voice sounded young, without missing a somewhat matured timbre however. Even from where she stood she could tell the man was a uncommonly tall, his shilouette only vaugly hinted behind this cloak of midnight and red he was wearing. Novas glance rose and focused on his face. The sound of his voice left only little room for interpretation. Her heart followed an uneasy rythmn. An unspoken accusation floated behind his question. Nova swallowed against the growing dryness in her throat. Even though she was scared, her chin even rose a hand's breadth as slow steps led her down the stairs. Her hand remained on the banister, flowing over the bright marble in an gracefully manner in attempt to appear older than she was. She didn't want to seem like the a child and therefor easy prey for any ill intent. "I've been here before" she answered. It was the truth, even though the last time she had only seen the castle from far away. When she arrived at the lower level, she entered the middle of the hall. The light bursting through the adorned windows coloured her dress in all kind of shades. Her expression was serious as she looked at the stranger. "My name is Nova. And I was invited here by a friend. And my friend does not like invaders" Now she sounded exactly like what she had tried to avoid to sound like. A huffily and also to some amount frightend young girl. What had happend to the being of light? Why was it not here?

While Finn walked towards the girl with resolute pace. The light streaming in through the windows dimmed as he drew closer, as if thick clouds were gathering above. Shadows grew long and like eerie fingers reached for both Finn and the girl. Nature fell silent. The cloak Finn was wearing was dragging behind, the airstream pulling it backwards and exposing the clothes beneath. But not just the black vest and shirt beneath, but also his mother's lightsaber, that he carried beneath the cloak on the belt.

Finn did not know how he came to wear these clothes but they felt right. They looked much like what his mother had usually worn and the symbols on the cloak were heavily reminiscent of her personal pattern. Even the silver stitching on the seam would have looked disturbingly familiar if Finn had taken a closer look. His eyes though were focused on the girl in front of him. She was young, early teens he guessed. Her frail built and her petiteness made her look even younger than she was, he guessed. She was wearing a sheer white dress, that hardly fit into any setting but this one. She looked like a lost princess, porcelain skin, golden hair and all. With her big green eyes she seemed like a cautious little kitten, out on an adventure that was far beyond her.
There was still a spark in her eyes, the unbroken faith of youth, that the world was not as bad as it really was. She would learn that the opposite was the case. The world was far worse than it seemed to be.

When she spoke her words tried to convey that she had a right to be here, the shakiness of her voice told another tale. It sounded like she was afraid. It also looked like she was afraid. Her words though had him slow his pace. His cloak was allowed to fall back down to his sides and covered up the hilt of his saber. There were only two beings that could have given out an invitation to this place. The other being and Finn himself. And from what Finn knew of the other owner of this place he could tell that it would not allow anyone else to enter this secret place. This was their oasis of peace away from the pain and sorrow of the real world. This dream that was no dream but also not a vision.
So instead of relying on something she could fake, an explanation she could make up, some excuse she could give, he focused on something that was that much harder to falsify. He took a breath and when he exhaled his mind reached out to touch hers.
He was still a few meters away from her when he did so.
“We will see if you have a right to be here!” He told her and the menace in his voice cut through the air like winters first chill.

Standing closer, her gaze roamed about his features like finger tips. The hint of a blonde stubble contoured his cheeks, jaw and throat. His cheekbones were high and fine and granted him something noble, yet his face still claimed a certain dominance. His eyes were the most distinctive feature. Seemingly endless blue captured in a bold circle of pure black. A fan of thick lashes darkened the nuance, just as the shadows that came crawling back out of their corners when the sunshine vanished. The most important thing she had spotted however, was what she suggessted to be the hilt of a lightsaber. A flash of silvery metal, untill the black fabric covered it again.
It took Novas full will power not to cower even more before him than she already did. In comparison to him she felt so tiny and fragile. At least in this place she wasn't maimed, yet it didn't help her much regarding the stranger. She was scared of him. And she feared he'd knew it. She feared he could sense it like a predator sensed blood. What would her father have done?

When she felt something reaching for her, she guarded her mind as much as she possibly could, yet she felt the stranger's mind penetrating her. She tried to defend herself, but it was like gripping water or fighting fog. She didn't wait till he could know who she was, or till she knew more of him in return, instead she called out "Are you a Sith?!" her voice sounding more high-pitched than usual, and while saying the word Sith, almost jarring. The lightsaber, the color he chose for his robes, the black veines in his aura..

He could both seen and sense her fear. And while she tried to hide it and stand her ground he could see her shrinking, becoming smaller. With her attempt in trying to stand her ground also followed a reaction to his mental outreach. She tried to steel her mind and shut him out, to prevent him from seeing what he was looking for. Finn though had already seen what he needed to see. So he did not press on. He was not here to hurt a little girl. Especially since the shine and color of her aura was unmistakable. He had seen it many times before and he knew it well by now. It smelled of flowers and felt like sunshine. But why was she here like this? With a bodily form. Was this her true appearance? Was it even a she? Or was this a ruse? He could believe as much. At least the aura it had did not feel very manly to him. So that was that. Also they were still in a dream. Anything was possible here.
Did this mean though that it/she could seem him the way he could see her/it. He decided to believe in her female form for now and not further question it for the sake of convenience. The question if she could see his own true form as well was far more interesting. Her question though revealed part of that at least. She could clearly see his robes. They did cast him in a particular light, didn't they? He decided to not give up the ruse right away. Maybe he could gain some more information about this if she was afraid of him a little longer.

So to confuse her a bit more instead of answering her question he countered with a question of his own. “Why?” He said and his gaze was intense. He narrowed his eyes and moved even closer, towering over her menacingly. “Are you a Jedi?” He asked slowly, and pronounced the last word with some disgust. He was sure the girl would be able to see through his act if she wanted to but could imagine that if she truly was a little girl she would be to scared to think straight right now. Which was mean of him but he didn't care. It was not like his mother hat taught him to be particularly nice or paid attention to him acting in such a manner.

"Why?"
Her lips already opend and she was just about to snap at him and tell him how he,well, just looked like a Sith, but his second question left her silent. Nova had a hard time meeting his gaze without lowering hers. His eyes were of the colour of a frozen lake, just waiting to let an unaware wanderer break through its icy surface. She wanted to stand her ground, but in the end, when he moved closer, she couldn't help and her feet toke a step back for each step he neared.

His tounge twisted the word Jedi in such a forbidden manner that it sounded almost like a curse. She grew angry, and her expression stated it without her saying a word. The whole time while she was meeting with the being of light, it was just a trick? She had heard the Sith had an inclination for such foul and gruesome games. Or had her friend vanished? Did it abandon their holy place and some servant of the dark side claimed it now? Burried deep within her chest, pain sprouted, its roots digging themselves into her stomach, its thorny branches stinging her throat.
She wasnt armed, yet the stranger was. She wondered what would happen if she died here? Would her real heart stop beating as well? She didn't know.
But one thing was for sure, she would not die without a battle. She wouldn't go down like that. And here, in this place, she didn't need to stay unarmed if she chose to. Her hand rose and her arm streched, her fingers spread and right before her a burst of light appeared. The duration of a breath passed by, and when the light faded, she could see the hilt of her own saber floating just before her. Her fingers clasped around the claming, cool metal. A quiet hiss rang out when the bright green came to life. She let the blade dance in a full circle to imply she knew how to swing this sword. Her blade hovered just above the ground, particles of dust dancing around the green shimmer. Her right foot stepped forward and turned her body slightly on a slant. Her dress was not the best choice for a fight but she would find a way to make it work. Somehow. Her gaze met his. Her eyes certainly told him she held grudge against him. And against herself for falling for this trap....
He had asked her if she was a Jedi. She was not. But she had dreamed of it. And she didn't need to be a member of the order to announce:
"I am a servant of the light side!"

He could sense her fear, her anger. Was it blinding her still? He guessed so. She backed off and kept her distance. She felt resentment for him he could tell and she felt betrayed. A moment he thought about calling an end to the little ruse he had started. But something inside him lured him towards another decision. A darker path. So he watched her for a moment, watched her pull a lightsaber out of thin air. He was rather surprised by that and wondered then, what he could do here. Could he too summon things as he liked? He did not bother to try now but he reminded himself to try another time. If there was one. Would this schism end their meetings? He guessed that it was something else that connected them in this strange way. What they felt about each other did matter not he guessed. No, their connection ran deeper. Otherwise how did their first meeting come to happen? The secret behind their shared dream-visions was yet to be uncovered.

“What are you going to do with that? Hm?” He taunted the girl. For a moment it must have seemed as if he was talking about her weapon, but he clarified his words quickly enough to not let that misconception stand for long. “All that fear, all that anger, will you give in to it?” He tempted her. “What would the Jedi think of that?” He continued and sowed the seeds of doubt. “If you strike down a man in cold blood, out of fear and hate will they still accept you?” He asked and summarized her crime to be. “That is just the way I know my Jedi to be, very 'accepting'.” He jeered and knew that she would most likely not let that stand. He continued any way. “They preach compassion and clarity of mind, yet YOU show so little of either.” He continued pointing out her weakness. “You reek of preconceived notions. But sure, keep hiding, enclosed in your wall of prejudice.” He said and sounded condescending now. “Are you sure you are a Jedi child?” He said and his final word echoed faintly in the large room.

Oh his mother would have been proud of him. Which was maybe not too good of a thing. So he held himself back form going even further and digging into it more. He had to struggle though, the two factions in his mind were not in agreement about what had happened or how to proceed. But this way was maybe not the right one. So he relaxed. His features softened and the dark clouds above moved off. The light returned and with it the sounds of nature. Only now he realized that he had done this. So like she had created a lightsaber out of nothingness he had changed the reality of this place too. Without consciously trying to even.

It was her unyielding stance and her grudge against both him and herself that finally tipped him over. He even had to laugh a little and after the mischievousness was gone his eyes became soft, even caring. “I was as surprised by seeing you here, like this as you probably were.” He said and stepped closer, just in range of her saber. If she wanted to strike at him she would have no trouble doing so. “I had to look closer to see you for who you are.” He hinted and gave her a moment to figure it out herself and make her decision.

When his voice rose again, she felt the rush of fury burning inside her, just like her blood was some inflammable poison which he just ignited. With every syllable he spat out Nova grew angrier. “All that fear, all that anger, will you give in to it?” - "I 'm not scared of you!" She couldn't stress the 'not' too much. And within her intoxication of adrenalin it felt like only half a lie. When he asked if the Jedi would still accept her after this fight, the answer followed instantly "If I strike down a Sith in cold blood my age, I'm sure they'll even reward me." A sweetly smile curled the corners of her mouth for a moment. She wasn't serious about the reward, be she didn't fear the judgment of the Jedi. They were warriors. And Nova had a feeling their compassion for her opponents confraternity fell utterly short.
When he pointed out her weaknesses, two of which her father had critized many times, her eyebrows furled even more. She tought about an effective way of defending herself, but in the end, only a growled "You don't know me..." fled her lips. The next words got her temper kicking in. Reeking of preconceived notions?! Her tendons and muscles already twitched like her body couldn't wait to fight this...this....evil stranger! She wondered if he planned on just talking her dead. She didn't want to listen to his words, this little daggers to her heart, anymore. She would have prefered listening to a song of clashing blades.
“Are you sure you are a Jedi child?” She hated nothing more than being called a child. "I am not a child!!" she called out "And I didn't claim to be a Jedi. I don't need to carry this title to serve the right side"

But then, all of the sudden, the gloom faded, and sunshine and the tweeting of birds filled the great hall once again. A soft laugh raised. The way the Siths expression softend and the dark grimace disappeared, left Nova with nothing but absolute confusion. What was going on here? She didn't understand. The cold in his voice was banned, and the words he chose now didn't make any sense unless....
Her eyes were still narrow as she regarded him. Then she reached out in the force. At first, when she met his aura, she pulled back as if she had burned herself. Yet it was only her own fear that led her believing so. Yet she gave it another try and this time she could clearly feel who he was. Which only led to more confusion. Had she made friends with a Sith?! Was he even a Sith? He had not confirmed, nor denied it. Since when did he know who she was? And why didn't he just reveal his identity?

Even though the close position with an ignited saber gave her the advantage, she still went a few steps back to gain distance. She had trusted the being of light, but his words and action were to meet with consequence. In this case, A loss of trust. At least, a little...She deavtivated her lightsaber, yet the hilt remained in her hand.
Nova cocked her head. She felt the anger cool down till it couldn't be called more than just being in a huff. She met his blue with an affronted spark within her green. "That was...pretty mean of you" She was very sure she didn't need to further clarify, what she was talking about.

So she wasn't scared of him? It sounded like she was. Her voice lacked conviction. Who was she trying to fool? She even tried to scare him, threatening to strike him down. That too lacked power of persuasion and he didn't think she would go through with it. And he should prove to be right. After lamenting some more, yelling at him for calling her a child and generally being a teenager she seemed to start to realize what was going on. Yet she did not put away her sword. It was not like that was a problem for him really, but he would have preferred if she had not just lowered it. It was plain rude to keep it in her hand now that she knew who he was. And yes, he realized she was a child and probably didn't think about things like that in this situation. It would have been nice though if she did. Finally when she told him that he was mean he could not hold back his amusement. It went hand in hand with annoyance. How could young people always be this optimistic about things.

“Mean?” Finn chuckled. Oh how naive. “The galaxy is a mean place.” He told her apologetically and stepped around her to the right. “Maybe I felt that a lesson was in order.” He teased. He became more serious though, dead serious almost. “You could have handled that better.” He told her and there was no accusation but honest concern in his voice. “You would not stand a chance against a Sith!” He said and he felt a bit afraid for her. She clearly did not have a lot of experience with the dark side. Not that he wished for her to have, but she underestimated the dangers. He hoped for her to never have to face a Sith alone. That he feared she would not get out of this easily. “On to more important things:” He said and changed the topic. “Who are you? ... Why are you here? ... How did you find this place?” It was clear he did not mean the palace but their shared realm. “Why do you keep coming back?” was his final question. That was what really interested him. What was the connection? How were they linked? He had wondered that since the first time they had met in their dream world. Was it coincidence they found each other? Or was there more to it? Was she here on purpose?

The hilt of her saber had remained in her hand so far, yet now a subtle glow filled it till the artifically piece vanished in a rain of white sparks. She hadn't done so consciously, however it seemed her heart felt she didn't need her weapon any longer.
Nova countered his statement regarding the galaxy being a mean place "If you surround yourself with mean people for sure.." When he contiuned and claimed a lesson had been in order, she only gave him this very special look which made more than clear that it wasn't on him to disabuse her. He wasn't her father after all! “You could have handled that better.” Nova snorted angrily. What did he know?! Pfft! He was beyond lucky she didn't attack him, right?!
“You would not stand a chance against a Sith!”
"Depends on the Sith...." she answered, one brow rising high into her forehead. But he should know, shouldn't he?
When he changed the topic to more urgent matters, well at least in his mind, Nova saw absolutely no reason why this converstation should follow his rules! So her chin began to rise and she granted the stranger a sceptical gaze "You already know my name. Also, my father taught me not to speak to strangers. Especially strangers with black cloaks and lightsabers." Ha! There you go. Now it was her turn! (At least she hoped so, because her counterpart didn't look too impressed so far...) "So you need to tell me who you are and why you keep coming back"

He sighed. Children. So straight forward. The nuances of speech were wasted on them. Who was she? Her name did not tell him anything. He wanted to know her motives for being here. What was her reason for being here? Who was she with? Was she on someones side? Was this an accidental or a planed connection between them? What was the nature of this strange shared vision-like dreams.

“You told me your name.” He said and sounded belittling. “What do you think how many Novas are there in the galaxy?” He said and tried to make the lack of informational value clear to her. “I want to know what you want from me?” He said and there was an urging tone behind his words. He was wanting her to spill the beans. He referred back to her earlier words. “You tell me you are not a Jedi but you do not use emotion to access the force.” He said and looked at her with an intense stare. “You will find that neither do I. Don't let some clothes and simple colors fool you. Acting like a Sith is not hard, being one is very different though. One day, I hope a day far far away you will learn why a Sith is almost impossible to imitate.” He shook his head. She had too use more than just her eyes. “Your senses can tell you all you need to know if you use them right. I am sure your father told you that too.” He said and there was some mockery in his tone. The topic of her father was not too important to him right now though and he moved on to the real question. “You have been here before and not just once. But why do you come here? Why do you keep coming back? What is it you want?” He almost shouted now. “WHAT?”

He looked quite aggravated now. He didn't like being in the dark about hings and this was too much mystery for him. The possibility of someone spying on him for some ominous reason was bothering him.

This time Nova suffered silently through his tirade. When the stranger, and a stranger he was still, mentioned her father, her expression changed dramatically. She felt the fury imbueing her heart. The full, rosé coloured lips of hers had turned into a stern, straight line and her breath was going deeper out of anger and fear. The green of her eyes seemed even brighter, but maybe it wasn't the infuriated spark that granted them this vibrance, but the reddishness that took the place of her eyes white, and as a contrary colour pronounced the shade of her irises even more. Sheen covered gaze.
"I don't know!" she yelled back, proofing, even if she was inferior to him in many other things, she wasn't so in regard of plain loudness.
"I don't know why I'm here. And I do-don't know why you are here either!" Sobbing interrupted her words "You were just there all of the sudden. You were ju-just this glowing being! I just wanted to be with you because were kind and you've been comforting me, and when..when I saw you in the darkness, I thought you'd need comfort as well." She had liked him way better back when he didn't had a mouth. And couldn't talk and yell at her. Tears ran down her cheeks and dripped from her chin as tiny glass pearls. Her hands tried to free herself from this display of weakness. "My father, he was a Jedi. And he raised me to be honorable and..and, in the whole wide galaxy you will not find a kinder, or more noble man!" the need of defending her father arose. She had failed to bring him honour. "But he's not with me anymore. Some evil...people separated us! Out there I'm all on my own now...that's why I was so happy when I met you. You were the only one I got...." Were? Well, someone who yelled at her, tricked her in mean and nasty ways and made her cry was clearly not a friend, right?

She kept quiet throughout his little speech. He could almost see that she was not enjoying what she heard. Yet when he finished he knew that he had struck a nerve. Good. His mother would be oh so proud of him. Which was not really a good thing when he thought about it. She hadn't been what one could have called nice, or stable really.
When Nova cried out in anger she had given him what he wanted. Information was sometimes hard sometimes easy to get. This told him all that he needed to know. There was no lie in her eyes. She really did not know why they were meeting here. He guessed that she was simply dreaming herself here like he did. Without being able to control it much. It was almost as if some unseen bond connected them. Maybe they would find out eventually.

For now though there was more important things to take care of. A sniveling little girl to be exact. She did look a bit pathetic crying like that. And her sad sob story made it not the tiniest sliver better. It was downright pitiful to see her like that. Yet that was only what was going on in the real world. The more he focused on the connection between them the more he felt her pain and loss. Just like when he had shared in it before during their previous meetings. He slowly started to develop sympathy for her. The situation she was in could be a lot for a little girl. She had not been steeled by the harsh upbringing of a Sith mother. Rather she had been pampered by a Jedi father. It was almost comical how much they were the two ends of the same spectrum.

But with her pain he also felt her doubt and her feeling of betrayal. He chose not to speak, but to let deeds be his defense. He knew that she had no ill intentions now and she was basically still the same being he had met with so many times already. Only now her appearance had startled him. So much indeed that he had not paid attention to the realm of the force. Had both of them done that they might have realized each others identity far earlier and avoided this situation. Still he had learned something about her. That did count for something. Still this was enough torture for the poor little girl and he chose to release her.
So he reached deep into himself and searched that place deep within himself that he hid away from the world. That shard of his being, his personality, that was so private that only his mother had ever seen it. He had to delve deep and reach all the way into the center of his being to get to it. Hidden away behind walls of swirling, impenetrable darkness it lay. (Or was it imprisoned?) Blindingly bright yet of comforting warmth it was. He brought it outside and wrapped it around Nova. Without a word he enveloped her in it and let her feel all that what he kept from the world. He cared for her, that much was obvious. >>Not all tears are bad. Let it all out!<< He told her telepathically to comfort her. >>I am still your friend … if you want me to be.<<

Nova normally wasn't someone who cried too often. The last time so many tears had been shed, had been when she had lost her fingers. But her current situation took a toll on her. Yet when she felt an unexpected warmth that wholly enveloped her, the tears slowly stopped wellling up. Nova brushed away the last shiny path one of them had left. Her eyes remained a tiny bit red, yet even this sign of her sorrow quickly began disappearing. The warmth felt like the tight embrace of a loved one, without the need of physical contact. Nova wasn't sure if she should just enjoy it, her trust hadn't yet fully recovered. It would have been a lie to state his comfort didn't feel good. Something about the brightness felt familiar. It was almost like a signature that she had felt and seen before, but she could not remember of the person that made her think that way.
Nova took a deep breath. Her eyes went squinty for a moment, but the way her mouth twisted gave evidence that she didn't intent to accuse him further in a serious manner. A few moments passed, before she managed to smile sheepishly.
"You want to remain a nameless friend I take it?" after all he still hadn't reveal his name "Well I can call you 'stranger' or
giant' (after all he was really tall, wasn't he?) if you wish, as you seem to enjoy having a ehm...mysterious touch?"
the smile turned into a smirk "I could also offer a bunch of adjectives if you like attachments of this sort. Feel free to chose" oh yes, she was teasing him. Wait, didn't she feel like crying forever a minute before? Well, her father mentioned her vagarious mood swings. But he also had mentioned it had something to to with her age, so for him she wasn't really to blame. Nova however didn't know what it had to do with age, after all, she was as good as adult.

It seemed to work what he had done and she calmed down after a short while. When he could tell that she had gathered herself again and was in the process of trying her tears he hid away his innermost self again. Now though. After she had seen it and been in contact with it she would be able to easily glimpse it even through the swirling blackness that surrounded it. Unbeknownst to himself he had granted the young girl access to his soul, his heart, his spirit or whatever other philosophical name one chose to give it. And he with his insight into her life now felt closer to her than before. He almost believed that he could feel her presence across the distance of the galaxy's great divide of space that most surely was between them. He could not tell where exactly she was but he felt a direction he was clearly drawn into. Even how, asleep and dreaming this vision like dream he could feel himself been called by the force to go to her, to find her. The urging was so significant that he could tell the force wanted them together for some reason or another. Maybe it was time to meet and find out what this was all about. At this point he decided that he would try and find her. The force had not steered him wrong yet. So he would follow its wish and do as it asked of him.

“You can call me Tyûk.” he told Nova. Only his mother had ever called him that but somehow it felt right to tell her and let her call him that. The strange sense of familiarity he felt whenever he had met with Nova remained. While he had spoken though he could feel his body slowly waking and his time here growing short. They would surely meet here again, but he could not predict when. So for now they had to part. “We should try and find out what it is that connects us in this way. Though I doubt we will find the answer here.” He said and gifted her a reashuring smile. There was no time to ask more questions sadly. His form was slowly becoming transparent, it's edges became indistinct and like early morning fog in the heat of the raising sun his body faded form this world. Only a faint whisper remained after he was gone. “I will find you, … I promise!”

Had he had more time he would have asked her where she was. But he figured he would find her soon enough. He knew basic triangulation and finding even something like a young human girl in the vastness of the galaxy was not an impossible task.

"Tyûk" her whisper was his gentle echo. The name tickled something in her mind. It was almost as she didn't hear it for the first time. And yet she wouldn't have been able to tell if it was just a imagination or a lost fragment of reality.
When Tyûk began fading away Nova took a hasty step towards him, yet stopped herself just as quickly. Her eyes said "don't go" even when her lips remained silent. She watched him vanishing while carrying a smile imbued by bitter-sweet melancholy. She simply noded as his eyes found her a last time. Then he was gone. Her fingertips started prickling, Nova raised her hands and saw in silent wonder how she went transparent as well, even though the process didn't progress as fast as the ones of her accquaintance. Then she realized something else. Her breath began forming thick, whitish clouds. She looked around and witnessed how the flowers wilted, and how all green and red abandond the castle. A fine layer of ice concquered marble and stone alike. The sound of a creaking wood made her gaze find the gate. The large wings of the gate swang slowly open. She saw a figure all covered in black cloaks entering the great hall, and then she was gone...
