Please don't delete this thread. Twisted Reality, Drakus, has offered to take my character, Aubrey Fox, as his apprentice. We will meet on Korriban and then when the invasion begins we'll react accordingly. I'm not sure whether or not my character will join the Coterie or stay loyal, and this thread will help her determine that.

Walking through the halls of the Sith temple on Korriban, a young redhead whistled a pleasant tune. It sounded like birds and yet left a chilling sensation on the back of one's neck. The girl's name was Aubrey Fox. She was the child of Erica Ra'Kul, a dangerous and powerful Sith Crusader. Aubrey looked a lot like her mother, she even had the same long red hair.

[floatleft]http://i.imgur.com/a3BTQKn.jpg?1[/floatleft]Aubrey was 18 and well on her way to becoming a Sith Crusader herself. She had top marks in her schooling and prided herself on her knowledge of over 30 languages. She was quite the book worm and would often be found reading some history text that was lost to the dusty libraries.

As she walked through the halls, she would be wearing a long red cloak. Leave it to Aubrey to wear something so outrageous. Most Sith tended to wear black, but Aubrey loved the attention and would often dress in whatever got her the most looks. Underneath her cloak she wore a red leather top that ended at her midriff and crossed along her sides with lace and string. Around her right forearm was a leather band of the same material that held her one-handed lightsaber. Her legs were covered in brown, skintight pants that were covered up by laced-up boots.

She had come to Korriban to tie up some lose ends, and the news would certainly reach the public by now. Her father, Trent Fox, a retired Star Destroyer Captain, had been murdered in his own home. Aubrey kept no secret she'd done the deed. She wanted everyone to know she killed her father, her mother's husband. Aubrey wanted her to know. Aubrey wished she could see her face when the news hit her. She smirked at the thought.

Aubrey never liked Korriban, though the planet and people itself didn't bother her. It was mostly the thought of returning home. She was sad to leave at first, but once she got away from her family she never wanted to go back. Being alone and on one's own really inspired Aubrey. It kept her motivated. Her mother had 'collected' her, as Aubrey would say, and dropped her off on the academy on Ziost. She liked Ziost a lot, but would admit the cold did bother her slightly. Now, being on Korriban, she was glad to wear as little as possible.

When she came to Korriban, she'd been approached by another Acolyte who taught her some useful tricks with the Force. She knew a lot about the Force, as much as she could on her own that is, but her lightsaber skills were poor. Aubrey needed someone powerful to teach her. Someone truly evil to be her master. At one time she practiced night and day with her blade. That was before her mother showed up and reminded her, quite painfully, how foolish her decisions had been. After her defeat by her mother, Aubrey focused on her studies and left her saber training behind. She had a long way to go before she could ever be as strong with a saber as her mother, and today she hoped to rectify her failures.

Opening the door of the meeting room, she walked in to find the person who had requested her presence. When a higher up summoned you, you came. Aubrey would obey, for now. She knew what it took to please those stronger than her, and she wouldn't deny she was a bit of a brownnose. Being the teacher's favorite was the quickest way to get to the top. Well, that or murdering the one above you. Another of Aubrey Fox's legacies. She'd been 12 when she took her first life. She showed the world that she was powerful and wouldn't let anything stand in her way of becoming a Sith.

Korriban had been his home for many years, leading up to his rise to a seat on the Dark council. The former Darth and Warmaster, had a mind of taking another apprentice. Being only in his early thirties, Drakus was still very much in his prime. There were still many battles to be fought, but for the time being. He would be taking on a new Apprentice, Lord Vyrassu a name he took for himself at the end of the core campaign and the the Sith Expansion after the fall of the Galactic Alliance. Was one that he never really got use to. It would be the Third name, he would become known by. In his days with the Jedi, It was Severice, after his fall to the dark side. It became Drakus, and once he became warmaster, Vyrassu. Now the name still stuck, minus the title of Darth. He was now an everyday Sith Lord, and it seemed the glory of his lost title was beyond his grasp now. The thought angered him, as he fiddled with the Data pad in his grasp. The Long black armor weave cloak, and hood kept his features hidden as he waited for the young woman he would be taking under his wing.

His senses stretched out over the halls of the temple, searching for the approaching acolyte. And when he felt the woman's presence, she would feel nothing coming from the meeting room. Drakus had learned a great many things with the Sith. One being able to conceal his force signature from others. To appear as though he had no connection to the force at all. It was a handy trick when he wished to be left alone and kept the Acolytes from Gawking at the former Dark Councilor. But this Acolyte had best be prepared to be pushed physically, mentally, and emotionally. Drakus was not an easy teacher to please, because he himself was never satisfied when it came to his own training. So when the door to the room opened, He didn't turn around. He kept his back to the woman as he placed the Data pad down on the table in front of him. Dressed in his 'off duty' cloths, hidden under the cloak. Drakus finally spoke, his voice had a spooky calm tone to it. With an underlying intensity.

"Aubrey Fox, top marks in your preliminary classes on Ziost. Knowledge of over 20 plus languages, and a novice practitioner on Mikashi. Lacks Physical strength, but exhibits dexterity to compensate..." He trailed off, listing just a few highlights from her file. His hands reached up and pulled the hood back as he turned around. Revealing his face, he had always looked younger then he really was. But the red and yellow flakes in his green eyes showed signs of Darkside influence. "I am Lord Vyrassu." He introduced himself, and walked to the table at the center of the meeting room. "I have a few simple question for you...what do you wish to learn as an Acolyte. What weakness do you wish to diminish, and most of all. Are you prepared to push yourself beyond your limits everyday?" All these things were important to a sith, because all desired power. But all had different ways of getting it, some killed everyone in their way, while others pushed themselves to surpass their rivals. There wasn't only one way to be a Sith, they came in every shape and type.

As Aubrey entered into the room she would see the man standing behind the desk. She had not been able to sense him at all, and she jumped a little in surprise when she realized he was there. She too could suppress her Force connection, but to not standard as he was doing now. She shut the door behind her and would give a bow to recognize his superiority over her. She hated being lower than another, and pointing it out only made her angry. But this was key when playing nice.

"Aubrey Fox, top marks in your preliminary classes on Ziost. Knowledge of over 20 plus languages, and a novice practitioner on Mikashi. Lacks Physical strength, but exhibits dexterity to compensate..."

She would stand up as he spoke and then blurt out, "Actually it's thirty." Realizing she should be quiet she quickly put her hands up to her mouth and bowed again.

"I am Lord Vyrassu."

She would look up and awkwardly approach him. She wasn't sure if she should repeat her name, obviously he knew who she was. So she stayed quiet again.

"I have a few simple question for you...what do you wish to learn as an Acolyte. What weakness do you wish to diminish, and most of all. Are you prepared to push yourself beyond your limits everyday?"

Aubrey would think about the questions for a only a moment and then respond, "I wish to learn how to be stronger. Basic Sith code...Sir. I want to know more about the Force and how I can use it as my ally. I want to train with my saber and defeat anyone who stands in my way. I never want to be looked down upon because I'm a girl. I want the respect my mother has to be given to me and one day I want to strip that respect right from under her."

She took a breath and then continued, "I don't want my lack of experience to hold me back. I want to get out there and train, and fight, and learn. I want to know everything. Well, not everything, but a lot of stuff. Everyday I push myself to be better than I was the day before. If I even slip for a moment someone else will get ahead of me and I will fail to be recognized. I deserve the recognition that's entitled to me!" She was getting a little angry toward the end of her speech; her memories took her back to her younger days when a boy was picked to be the star pupil over her. The boy, Renard, was given his own saber and Aubrey felt she deserved the gift. So, she murdered the boy and claimed it for herself. These same feelings were alive in her today. Because of her failures as a child Renard beat her in the race and she'd never let that happen again.

Drakus didn't say anything to her rebuttal as to the number of languages she spoke. It really wasn't important to her training, but he listened closely to her answer his questions in turn. It was interesting, what kind of sith she wished to be. But it wasn't of import, all sith come in different mindsets. But first thing was first, those green eyes of his moved to the hilt on her side. A slight wave of his hand, his palm showing from under her cloak facing her. Calling her saber hilt to his hand as he grasped it. Slowly inspecting it, before he looked to her. "very well, next question and tell me if i'm wrong. This weapon was not made for you was it?" Drakus could tell, it was in a style he knew was given to acolytes. But if she was to be his apprentice, then she would get making her own.

"Anyways, to have the say you have the drive is one thing. But to show it is another, under my teachings you will be tried and tested. Your time for book learning is over, now the physical aspect begins. And i promise you, that at first. You will be unable to move after my training regimen. I do not possess the skill in Mikashi, but i do have mastery of 2 other forms, and an advanced understanding of another." He trailed off, it didn't matter if she answered him about the weapon or not. A quick application of the force along the faults, and the hilt shattered in his hand. "In the meantime, you will be making your own saber hilt. A weapon needs to be bound to you, this is done by meditating with the crystal of choice. Imparting a piece of your force signature within the crystal."

Taking a moment, he pulled out a data pad and slid it across the table to her. Everything she would need, from the pieces needed and how to assemble them. "Then, we will see what we can do about taking what you know about Mikashi and applying it to a different form that i can teach you." He would recommend Niman, because it used aspects of all the first five saber forms and allowed for increased creativity. "In that corner, you will find all the crystals i have collected, in various colors. Meditate, and let the crystal call to you, and choose you." This is but the first step in training under me as an Apprentice.
