The blade itself is viridian while the focusing crystal has 'imprinted' itself to Ashur. The hilt is made with Plasteel that has small pieces of Cortosis in it to make it sturdy and adorned with bantha leather and a traditional symbol of the Matukai hanging by string from the end of the hilt.

Ashur typically wears an armorweave chest/backplate from his time studying under the Jensaari, a symbol that has been scorched away and is unrecognizable on the front of the chestplate. He will also usually wear a loose fitted shirt tied at the waist and with the kind of pants usually issued out by Matukai or Jedi with mid-calf leather boots and a scarf-like wrap made to form a hood.
He always wears tradition and ceremonial Codru-Ji beads in his hair and on his upper right bicep and a metallic bracelet on his lower left wrist.
He can also be seen wearing his old and torn Jedi Robes at times, which were dark green.

I am old and have little use for words, so please, let me keep this short and all your questions in the end can be answered.
I was once indeed a Jedi, but these new ones have corrupted their own teachings, which eventually lead to my wife's death on the field of combat.
After she left me because of them I left them because of her, going into a sort of self-imposed exile.
I have seen the Zeison Sha, who despise me for being a Jedi, trained with the Matukai, and even worked trained in the Jensaari arts.
I have much history in my past, grandchildren I have never met and children I haven't spoken to in years.
I have many battles under my belt, tests, training exercises, missions for the Jensaari, Jedi, and more, and even a few mercenary related missions.
I have fell Sith, Mandalorian, Chiss, and even Jedi.
In the nearly twenty-five years since I left the New Jedi Order I have seen things from the eyes of the Sith, killed with Mandalorians, and tortured by the Chiss, and restored by Matukai and Jensaari.
These things have I seen, blinded from the Force because of the death of my wife.
But I have, in fact, seen the Will of the Force.
For the past three years it has told me to stay silent and hide - to finish my self-imposed Exile as it should be.
For the past two years I have actually listened.
But only a few days ago this sixty-five year-old Jedi was shown the Knights of The Old Code.
