A twilight had overcome the world of Narshaddaa as the decrepid cities of the moon were filled with the usual scum of the galaxy who strolled their streets. On a decrepid landing platform though there stood a face whom did not belong to the usual smugglers and theives who infested the plannet, the face of a Trandoshan. Asha'amur Skirta was the name of the reptillian being and he was a frightening sight to behold; a large reptillian humanoid with weapons straapped across his form. He was addorned in the light armor of a Trandoshan Slaver, a former profession of his.

He stood on this decrepid structure for a reason though, that being a challenge which he had issued to a Cathar to come and face him. He cared not that the site he had chosen seemed crowded; among this type of crowd he would not need to worry about the law. The rusted steel beneath him crinckled beneath his scaled feet and long claws as he paced the platform, awaiting the arrival of his opponent.

Soto eyed his target stealthily from a stall on the edge of the crowd. The Trandoshan was tall and fit, with the typical scaly hide and lethal claws, attached to burly arms strong enough to hurl a grown humanoid a good distance.

The Cathar Killah smiled: so could he.

As the long, curved talons slid from their hidden place in his finger tips, the big feline warrior enjoyed the feeling of the sinew beneath his dark fur ripple. Allowing the excitement to build, Soto slowly spead up his walk towards Ash'amur until his velocity was so great the Cathar was forced onto all fours.

Within 2 meters of his target, he leapt, bulging muscle bunching under the luscious fur as the air rushed past; wicked claws stretched out and feral maw spread to their fullest, extending gloriously towards the Trandoshan's broad back.

Soto's goal: to gain a claw hold on the warriors back in preperation for a slice to the throat.

((Not to burst a bubble or something, but Nar Shadda is not yet discovered in this time period. Simply making the location an unnamed urban place can fix this, but it doesn't really matter. Just an FYI. Carry on.))

ooc: Narshadda was settled by the hutts on 25,000 bby and by 24,500 it rivaled Cauracant as a financail center of the galaxy and was covered by a plannet spanning city. It had infact started declining around 24,000 bby when trade routes shifted, so by this point in time it all ready would have been well known and fallen into ruin. Also location wise it would be known since it was the moon of Nalhutta which served as the center of the Hutt Empire before even the Republic's formation. I made sure to do my homework before choosing a location:D

Ash'amur was suddenly aware of a approaching being of large size, moving quickly at him. He had honed his senses long ago during his slaving career on Kashyyyk and as such a being as large his Cathar opponent could not hope to catch him off guard on a metal platform. By the time he was able to react however, it was nearly too late, he turned quickly and attempted using his forearms so shield his torso. Of course if he was successful he could anticipate to still suffer major cutting of his arms.

The desired effect of his shielding himself with his fore arms was his hoping to temporarily hold the massive creature back as he shifted his weight foreword and used his forward foot; his left; to attempt to stomp down on his opponents foot. Given his massive claws, success at this would likely and was desired to mean a strong puncture to his opponent's foot.

Soto was hardly surprised at his opponents moves: the sound produced as his feet, padded as they were, struck the metal loudly. As his foe turned suddenly, the feline dodged animbly to the right, allowing Ash'amur's heavy feet to strike the ground.

Backing off a few steps, the heavy, thick, short sword was out in one quick movement. Soto held the weapon high over head and stepped boldly over to his prey. Without warning, the barong flashed down towards the Trandoshan's collarbone.

Watching his opponent draw his weapon, Ash'amur quickly let his own Trandoshan sword fall into his hand. Being a Trandoshan sword, the blade was forged from chalon ore, creating a sharper and heavier blade. Acting quickly, he moved the long blade of the sword to parry the incoming strike, relying on the wieght of the sword to add considerable power to the block. After doing so he would quickly leap back, drawing a Bryar pistol and hitting the charge button in the process.

Landing with the gun drawn he would attempet a shot at the considerably large torso of his opponent. The attempted shot would be a half charged shot, more powerful than his pistol's standered shots but not on par with the fully charged shot it was capable of. Immeadiatly after the shot he would lunge at the Cathar; tossing his pistol to the ground; attempting a slash at the being's chest. It was his hope that the Cathar would be distracted after dodging the shot, allowing him to succesfuly cause a gash on his opponents torso.
