The Ash Worlds Trilogy
Boz Pity and several other worlds south of the Saleucami Protectorate, forming the Boz Pity Protectorate, temporarily under the command of Moff Andredd. The Ash Worlds, primarily Handooine, have resisted assimilation so far. However, trade between Anzat and Saleucami has become increasingly taxing, due to foreign aid by the Republic and reportedly Jedi. In order to solve the problem once and for all, Moff Malak Arpha was tasked with subjugating Handooine. Over the course of a month, Moff Arpha had transferred much of his powerbase to Handooine, solidifying control of the planet, delaying in annexing it to the empire. With Malak Arpha's betrayal, it has become apparent Malak had no intention of bringing Handooine under the empire's reign. Seeking revenge for the death of the Grand Moff and most of the Moff Council, the empire has chosen to hunt Malak and his powerbase with extreme prejudice. However, intelligence gathered by SIN indicates Malak Arpha fled to Handooine after the bombing of the Moff Council. In order to target Handooine without spooking Malak, the empire is unable to swarm Handooine directly with overwhelming force. As such, acting Grand Moff Andredd has a plan to weave a way to the heart of Malak Arpha's powerbase...
The Ash Worlds Trilogy is a story-oriented mission pack designed to take the grid S-7, connecting the Saleucami-Klatooine grids to the rest of Sith Space, and story-wise it is a reaction to Malak Arpha's massacre of the Moff Council, an attempt to track him down. It will take part as well in the Misfits Storyline that I'm writing that deals with the Sith Directorate and hopefully will be a prologue to future superweapon crises; it is also a reboot of the abandoned threads The Ash Worlds and The Mines of Jabiim. The Ash Worlds Trilogy consists of two Ask threads and an OPEN finale.

The Mines of Jabiim
Jabiim is a barren world rich in metals, site to a former mining complex owned by the Sith Directorate. After the Directorate's fall the mine was taken over by Czerka Corporation. Darth Andredd has returned his sights to Jabiim, and is interested in more than one mine: he wants them all, in the name of the Sith Empire. Most of the mines are ripe for the taking, poorly guarded. However, one of the central mines is controlled by Malak Arpha's mercenaries, led by "Happy" Drassk. Andredd has sent a team to infiltrate Mine 1227 and eliminate Happy's squad, in order to remove the greatest threat on the planet. However, completely destroying the mercenary compound is out of the question. Its communication array can access the Taskeed complex, which monitors nearby space. Access to that radar could allow the Sith to spy on incoming ships (keeping an eye Malak's ship) out for and monitor the Altratonne's star's solar flares, to calculate when the next flare will occur. As such, careful consideration to preserve the compound is necessary. Unfortunately, Happy and his mercenaries will not go down quietly.
Imperial Objective
Defeat the mercenary forces at Mine 1227.

The Invasion of Altratonne
Handooine is the strongest planet of the sector known as the Ash Worlds, more so since the fortification by Malak Arpha. Conquering the planet may prove more difficult than the taskforce has at its resources, if it is to stay under the radar. A swift attack will be needed. Of the three paths to Handooine, the most obvious avenue is from Sy Myrth, forces coming from Anzat. The Saleucami Protectorate could approach from Jabiim and Taskeed, but the mercenaries could prove difficult and weaken any force targeting Handooine. As such, considering Malak's inside knowledge of imperial tactics would favor the Jabiim route or Sy Myrth route, the invasion force has its sights set on Altratonne, to serve as a launching point for its assault on Handooine. Altratonne is plagued by solar flares from its home star that interferes with communications. Combing through data stolen from the Taskeed mercenaries through Jabiim, Darth Andredd's scientists have calculated when the next solar flare will strike. Altratonne hosts a small colony, protected only by a small contingency of Mandalorians of Clan Lu back when the Death Watch had a supply depot on the planet, which is commanded by Tau Lu. If the Imperial Legions strikes fast and hard, they should be able to take the planet with little difficulty. However, the challenge will not be Clan Lu, but rather to take control of the Altratonne HoloNet Receiver before the solar flare ends, which could allow the colonists to warn Handooine of the invasion. Darth Andredd has chosen to lead the invasion himself.
Imperial Objective
Assault the Altratonne HoloNet Receiver and take control of the relay before the solar flare ends.

Battle of Handooine
The Ash Worlds' independence is about to come to an end. Soon the Saleucami Protectorate and Boz Pity Protectorate will become one with regular Sith Space. Altratonne has fallen, with Kile and Taskeed being conquered by Moff Ambros and Moff Andredd personally. Handooine remains the last stronghold. Expecting attack from Sy Myrth or Jabiim, Malak's second-in-command Vallana Krass (having joined Malak's cause after learning Andredd was responsible for her father's death) had not expected an Imperial Fleet to attack from Altratonne, who were reporting no ships had passed them yet (Handooine unaware Altratonne had fallen days earlier), trapping Malak Arpha's old powerbase on the planet. Pandemonium has befallen Handooine as the populace flees for shelter and Krass leads the troops against the Imperial invaders. The greatest threat to the Imperial Fleet are the starfighters. A Ziost Hunter had flown towards the military base in order to destroy the hangar doors, preventing more starfighters from launching. Unfortunately, Handooine starfighters shot the shuttle down the Ziost Hunter, grounding the pilot. Shipless, the pilot(s) are left with little choice than to transport a missile from their ship to the hangar and detonate it. While most of the grounds are clear, busy fighting in the streets of Jelweck, there is some resistance, namely foreign aid sent from the empire's enemies.
Objective
Defeat any foreign fighters encountered and detonate the removed Ziost Hunter ordinance by the Jelweck Garrison hangar doors in order to trap the rest of the Handooine Starfighters in the hangar.
PARTICIPANTS:
Preferred 1 Imperial/Sith against 1 enemy.
Awaiting word on who the second-in-command will be.
