BIOGRAPHY
At the age of five, he was taken in by the Jedi order, who had discovered his sensitivity to the force. There, he spent six more years as a youngling, learning what it meant to be a Jedi, as well as all the academia he would need for his life. When he turned twelve, he was apprenticed to the Jedi Boran Amaat, a Human from Tattooine. Now, at the age of seventeen, he feels that the time of his Initiate trials is approaching.

Personality
Whatever he does, he feels he could always do more. He knows his limits, he knows when he is doing his best, but he also knows that there's room for improvement. You might say that he's somewhat of a perfectionist.
Though he has been a member of the Jedi order for the past thirteen years or so, he still has trouble following the code to the letter. More specifically, the part pertaining to passion. Arghan tends to be a very passionate individual. Whether his passion derives from love or anger, he often has trouble reaching a state of serenity with himself. These Passions, or Temptations, should be defended against through self-discipline and strong will, not through avoidance, he believes. As a strong will and a knowledge of yourself can save you.

Childhood Dreams
Before he was whisked off to the Jedi Temple on Dantooine, Arghan had no dreams of becoming a Jedi. In fact, growing up on Nar Shaddaa, he had developed somewhat of an attitude of distrust towards them, as that was the general sentiment. Instead, he had always dreamt of becoming a Police Officer.
There wasn't much in the way of a real police force on Nar Shadaa, and therefore, that duty fell to armed security officer paid for by local mercenary groups, which were hired by the merchants for protection from the Hutts.
These dreams translated into his life as a Jedi by serving to make him strive to become a Jedi Investigator.
Skills

Primary Focus
Arghan's primary focus with his skills is to become a Jedi Investigator. To do that, he must become stronger with the sensory enhancements the Force provides. He continues to practice his mind trick abilities to compel others to look the other way, or to leave when they're harassing someone. Occasionally, he will use those abilities to strike fear into his foes minds, making them run from him, avoiding a fight.

Motive
Arghan is motivated by a thirst to prove himself. To prove that he has what it takes to become a Jedi Investigator. He's seen so much crime and corruption in his life. Not just in his brief stint on Nar Shaddaa, but on Coruscant as well. In his few travels with his master, he's performed satisfactorily, but still seeks to prove his abilities on a much larger scale.
The truth is that he's spent most of his life believing that he's a failure. He feels that either he abandoned his father after his mother died or that his father simply did not want him anymore. He feels that while he could sometimes contribute to his masters missions, he wasn't doing nearly enough to help. He feels that through his schooling at the Jedi Temple he's never going that extra mile to get really good marks. He just wants to know that he's able to make a difference.
