Made to see if a very rich and influcancial company could make the perfect droid altough it is a very succesfull combat droid the non combat functions are somewhat limited (besides hacking and slicing) but its adaptive programming can memorise and reproduce any repairment and demolition if the person who showed it has a flaw in it, did it wrong or can in improve it he will try to correct it. (Again adaptive programming comes in as a plus here) After 2 years of testing, modification and improvement it was almost ready but then was stolen by a employee and sold on nar shadda where its restraining bolt(which holds back information on built, weapons, mounts and other things) was activated untill someone would purchase him. Lucky for the droid the seller is a wimp and sells him for a very low price (The seller thinking it is a useless droid boy was he wrong)
