Lavi's scouting mission will merely confirm what the Jedi already know: the Bogan are on Ando Prime. The Jedi can't just know for 100% certain IC that the Bogan are there, even though they know it OOC, so a scouting mission like this is necessary for them.

I never said there was an attack coming. In fact, I've been assured that there isn't an attack coming, so the whole "attack" point is moot.

When I said you were in charge of defenses, that was done to be specific in the fact that, pending an override from me, you are fully in charge of all aspects of Dark Jedi life on Ando Prime.
