The Library of Iziz was the next on Malou's list of libraries to visit. After her expedition to Exegol, what she wanted was a quiet, peaceful environment where she could spend the next week or so doing nothing but plucking holobooks from the shelves and scouring their digital pages. While both her passage there and her hotel were paid for and arranged by her father, when he asked her the nature of her trip she had informed him that it was Sith business. This, of course, was a straight lie, but he couldn't question her. A little teenage rebellion was ever so sweet.

Regardless, Malou had been enjoying her time on Onderon so far. It was her third day there, and as she did every morning, she prepared to head out to visit the library. She wore modest, casual attire and a pair of glasses which blocked the view of her eyes. Usually Malou had no need for glasses, but Miralukas were known to be force-sensitive and she didn't want to out herself to the general public. She also wore nothing of hers depicting the D'Amaris house symbol. That might also put a target on her back.

Malou had been the library for a few hours by the time she stumbled into Sabatha and Drast. She had been focused intently on one of her holobooks--a history of Oneron--in her hands while also carrying several others tucked between her arm and chest. So intently had she been focused, that she didn't notice that her path led her straight into Sabatha's. Malou bumped into her, sending her holobooks, glasses, and self tumbling into the ground.

"M-My apologizes," Malou began with a stutter as she began to try and collect her dropped holobooks from the ground. Most of them were history books, some more niche than others, but all were works of non-fiction. "I didn't see you there." Without her glasses, she couldn't get a good look at the two she'd just bumped into.

Drast had agreed to not only accompany, but also to arrange for Sabatha to gain access to the cookbooks at the grand library of Onderon, in Iziz City. Nothing in the galaxy would ever explain why this was an essential need, but he wasn't one to turn down a request for help. So, here they were, on Onderon. In a library, a place that he felt his presence almost defiled with how little he could read.

They were talking in one of the end caps when all of a sudden, a girl bumped into Sabatha. Instinctively, Drast would place a hand at each girls back to steady them from falling, that was just the gentleman in him, and then he would crouch down. "Don't worry ladies, I got the crouching and whatnot." He gathered up Malou's holobooks, unable to read the titles on them so he couldn't really comment. So he would just come up with the best comment he could think of.

"Looks like some dense reading." He'd say with a warm smile. The pictures looked serious. "You two ladies alright, yeah?" Once she took her books back from him he would realize he still held onto her glasses before placing them on her head for her. "There we go... good as new."

It was a bit strange to have her glasses placed on her face for her, but it was appreciated. Malou closed her eyes once the glasses were readjusted by her hands, allowing her to see the two as more than blurry shapes. The girl was short and seemed about her age, and the guy who returned her holobooks and glasses was taller and older. She very quickly noticed the definition of the Force around them. Though every living being surrounded by the Force, those with enough control over it to be considered "force sensitive" appeared differently to Malou. They were different than those defined like her master or any of the other Sith, though. They were not so...dark.

"Well, thank you." Malou was a little at loss on how to respond. She hadn't interacted with any of the locals quite yet, but these two didn't exactly look like they were much other than the common people she passed day to day on the street. So she should introduce herself, no? But not by her real name, no no no. She was simply another commoner as well. "Um, my name is Mary. Sorry about that, again." Mary seemed like a very normal, bookish name. A normal name for a normal girl.

"You're welcome." Drast would say with a smile. Sabatha was a lot more softspoken and most likely embarrassed, and she would return to their table with a nod to the older Acolyte. His gaze would shift back to the young woman, who could have been a local, could have been an off-worlder, either way it wouldn't have changed his interaction with her.

"Mary, huh? Nice to meet you Mary." Drast would say, he was going to offer a hand, but seeing as how her hands were full of books he felt another tumble of them wouldn't be good. "No worries. And the name is Drast. And she... is Sabatha." he'd say nodding after the other young girl. He didn't mind using their names. They were just Padawans, nobodies. And even if 'Mary' had used her real name, Drast would have been none the wiser. "So, whatcha studying? Seemed to be focused on one of them."
