Orphen, the communal child of the Jedi order had not so much taken a master, as she had heard about a man, who she asked to be taken under the wing of. Her cerulean blue beamed light saber hung at her side. Her eyes since attaining the sacred crystal had brightened. The colour of her eyes shimmered constantly with the power of the gem.

The Anterres Crystal.

As she had landed on Endor, she had visited two hospitals, deciding to clear the books of all the sick with the power of the crystal. The legendary healing powers of the Ankarres Sapphire were put to good use, healing, with the meditative power the crystal bestowed combined with her own healing aptitude made healing even the grievous of wounds and diseases with ease. If a droid could use the Crystal to heal the Gand race, then the use of it in a hospital or two was nothing.

After her work she was tired, she took a walk, the time of her meeting the legendary Aabdas was drawing closer and closer. Herself wearing a white toga like dress as opposed to the robes of the Jedi, not for any reason at all did she wear the olive like wreath. Other than the fact that she felt like looking pretty for a day. The people she was staying with insisted, and she had agreed. She didn't want to be rude.

She walked bare footed into the forest floor of Endor, her light saber held in her hand Igniting into the almost black expanse. The light seemed solid, not plasmic. As if it were a blade of pure magnificence. But she realized the power of the crystal, and wondered deeply if there were other crystals like this one which carried this much strength and power. There was the Solaris crystal.

As she walked she sang a soft hymn.

The trees of Endor were as massive harmonic organ pipes to her songs, reverberating the beauty of her portrayal all around her. Local endigenous listened from high above, and felt the urge to even wail out so softly in the distance. Each tree revealed a deeper part of the forrest as they pass, untouched by humanity's modernism. One such body enjoyed that sentiment, leaning upon a tree as if to feel what it felt and to know this unique sensation. And as a breeze flew in, he breathed in the serenity of this place.

"Thhhmmm... What a beautiful canticle. It breaths pause to life itself."

AbdAas' eyes aglow would appear so harsh in the crevaces of this place, glaring white hot as if steam seeped into the air from them. He would be staring at the lady, her own light a liaison to Endor's tranquility, like an old sage having emerged from some caves there. His dark outer robe was dusty and unlike his underlying self. Yet his towering stance demanded notice, his long white locks in bonds golden clamped over simple gray ties in hair and beard. He had not been looking for her long, but wondered if she knew how long she'd been out here.

Orphen smiled looking up at the former Jedi grandmaster, walking out into the open as the Togrutan girl bowed lowly to someone old and vastly more wise than perhaps she could ever hope to achieve. Her hands clasped politely at her lap as she bowed showing a sign of great respect to Abdas. Her mind was clear but she stopped her singing when she realized he was down here with her.

Her posture was impeccable, she didn't want to seem rude or juvenile around him and make a bad impression. Ever since attaining her crystal her eyes resonated lowly with force light. Creating a powerful affinity for light side abilities. Not only that but passively warding away the dark side as a sort of beacon to the light.

Hello there Master, my name is Orphen, Padawan of the Jedi order. I humbly request training under your watch in the ways of the light side of the force in the hopes I can become stronger to protect others to the best of my ability as a Jedi. I promise I will not be a burden.

Her words spoke with the hope that he'd accept, though she feared he may not. She knew who he was, and his former position, she wasn't quite sure how to talk to him. But within the forests of Endor, the place sang with beauty. Magic, and potential. The Ewoks spoke loudly that their shamanistic gods walked amongst them. That their priests talked to the mountains and spoke with their spirits. She wondered how true this was.

AbdAas watched her bow so distinctly, unclear as to whether he was bowing back or just following her bend and rise. Something about her reminded him of his own kin, an ancient and nomadic race; to which rituals he only hinted at among those who earned a gesture of great respect. And so he accepted her meaning as such, and was pleased; though he did not currently display that gratitude. Not yet.

"Orphen, you say?"

AbdAas knew who she was, had heard of her and in fact had come for her company. He had come to meet this communal child, who's eyes glow blue. Few collected such rare crystals, and while he was more inerested in the person who would wield it -he had developed a newfound curiosity for such things and their connections to the Force. Perhaps it was age. Perhaps something else. But this Sephi began slowly circling the girl, passing outside each tree as he walked; allowing himself to dissapear for no more than a few seconds at a time, adding to his enigmatic approach to the girl. Each time in passing, always were his white glaring eyes the first to emerge from behind the mountainous tree trunk. And again. And again...

"And what is it... that retains you with such inferiority?"

Inferiority? Orphen questioned hesitantly, being caught a little off guard by this seemingly sudden accusation toward her and the state of which she was in. She didn't consider herself inferior, just that she needed to become stronger. In the temple fortress of the Fallen Rakatan specter she had found herself completely powerless to do anything against the creature other than heal the wounds of the other two knights.

I do not know what ails me, perhaps it is because I have never had a single master, I feel like so many part teachings and fragments are in me which do not quite fit together into one single strength. I'd like to compound my training... i suppose. I feel like I can be much more than I am. I've watched as my peers have grown worlds stronger than I have, and I must say, I'm a little jealous.

She admitted shamefully. Her eyes meeting the ground slightly as emotions were not something that were talked about openly amongst the Jedi, with the stigma on falling to the darkside any such emotion was treated with an amount of suspicion. Especially amongst the younglings and Padawans. It would have been a social bomb to admit such feelings, rumours would start spreading, and a young orphaned girl would have broken down under the pressure. She did not want to be thought of as a 'troubled' padawan. But now it seemed she was.

AbdAas stopped in the open, just passed the gnarled curling root of a tree. He listened to her tone, curious to understand her journey. The Sephi Master is of a different philosophy regarding self enlightenment, quite open to her inner termoil. For one must first recognize an internal wound before it can be treated, as AbdAas had almost instantly touched on one of hers.

"We all must walk our own paths. Yours takes you on a most interesting journey, I think."

AbdAas lifted his hand to the air, coloring his fingers in a flicker of streaming light.

"Forgive my proding. I only wished to point out your very evident perspective. Would it be possible to look at things differently? Might you be the essense of cohesion, rather than fragmentation?"

The small Togrutan girl thought about that for a while, she had not thought of things that way, she had been trained by dozens of strong Jedi, some fallen, others still holding true to the order, but all of them were in her heart, their words well remembered. She turned to look at the former grandmaster, or at least turning to face him as he mentioned that way of thinking.

Perhaps, I would hope so. But I do require more training sir... Through the records of the Jedi Temple you were the only person who appeared as a master in the arts I hope to learn.

Her eyes pleading, her voice soft, her shoulders back and her head hung as still to this point she had no real conformation of his acceptance. It had never taken this long to ask for training and she was beginning to get nervous that he would not accept at all.
