AGE: 15 SPECIES: Human FACTION: Jedi Order RANK: Padawan Learner HEIGHT: 5ft. 6in. WEIGHT: 121lbs. FORCE SENSITIVITY: Positive
Ever since she was able to remember, Altina has heard voices. Of course, her parents presumed that Altina had a mental disorder and went through the process of getting her treatment. As the daughter of a Naboo noble family, she was given the best care possible. Nothing seemed to alleviate those voices. As Altina grew older, it became clearer that she was Force sensitive: objects within the house began to shake seemingly without reason. The air itself appeared to be twisted around Altina. Even sleep did not seem to be a refuge for Altina. It actually seemed like Altina's connection to the Force was even more attuned and chaotic while sleeping.
Eventually, Altina's parents felt that they were no longer capable of helping her and turned to the Jedi Order for help. At the age of fifteen, Altina was taken into the Order's care, but her condition continued unabated. She struggled to make friends and blamed her isolation on her parents seemingly abandoning her on an unfamiliar planet in an unfamiliar temple.
Although she has a small reputation among fellow padawan learners and caretakers on Ajan Kloss, it is rare for Altina to leave her quarters. Her reclusive nature has made her difficult to converse with, though Altina has blamed it on the belief that her parents had abandoned her. Other young padawans are easily spooked by the aura she gives off, which is often described as a conduit or focus of Force energies.
Her difficulty in filtering visions and reality also made it difficult for Altina to converse with others. It also made it difficult for her to become friends with others. Her loneliness made the constant visions feel as much a curse as a blessing, providing a level of comfort despite lacking any proper social interaction.
Despite her extremely sheltered upbringing, Altina has a reasonable, if somewhat confused, understanding of the galaxy. She struggles to even keep the name of her home planet straight, let alone basic facts about the galaxy. However, everything she has been able to recall from the myriad of visions and voices she has seen and heard over the years; as long as one is capable of unscrambling the jigsaw puzzle of facts that she has bundled in her mind.
Altina's unusual Force powers allow her to be more closely attuned to the Force itself. Due to her lack of knowledge and experience, her powers manifest spontaneously, causing visions of events from the past and future. She can also hear voices from the deceased, though unable to communicate with them, and even feel disturbances in the Force that would typically be ignored by others. However, her inability to control these visions, as well as the lack of knowledge of how to control it, meant that she is not readily capable of drawing upon its power at will. The currents of the Force frequently distract her due to being unable to discern visions from reality.
Due to her lack of training, Altina does not possess any level of proficiency with even the most basic uses of the Force that other padawans have.
Only real thing I'd recommend changing is the sentence at the start of Personality regarding her reputation to state classmates or some sort of qualifier rather than the broad "reputation at the temple." Reputations are locked to immediate social circle at the first level so the people she attends lessons with would be about it for any sort of being known.
Also, please include a small table in the profile showing at least Age, Height, Weight, and Force Sensitivity per #3 of Basic Requirements.
