Peril. The state of the Jedi has become nothing other than a mere shell of what it once was. Again and again they have escaped the treacherous grasp of the Empire, though after Arbra one Jedi Master just about had enough. Loogo Vsil, a lone Jedi on a world far from the Empires clutches, despite how hard that is to believe he has yet remained hidden. With the help of long time friend and company Arikka Mar, her safehouse more than hospitable for the few Jedi Padawans that were able to flee Arbra safely. Things had been getting stale as of late. Loogo barely recovered from the disaster that hit Coruscant, let alone Arbra. No, he was fed up. The Sluissi master had not grown attached to another Jedi, another location. He had lost his home more than once, and the thought of returning to his beginnings on Sluis Van and putting his family in danger was cast away. Taking on an apprentice Padawan had become something difficult as well. Many had fell during both invasions, and the death of younglings was not something one could ever forget. His mind scarred forever. Once a man who believed that the future of the Jedi lied within the teachings of Padawans, now forgets the days he had even trained one...or at least tries to.

Now the only other one who could give him any interaction was his life-long friend, a rusty astromech droid who had just as many scrapes and scars as he. Shorty followed behind the cloaked figure. On a planet like Tattooine, no species stood out. So when a 7 foot tall reptile with a large tail slithered into a cantina for a drink, no one batted an eye. A blaster on his hip and nothing of Jedi relevance or indication adorned on him, Loogo needed a drink, as he did for the past month or so. The same cantina, seeing the same scoundrels interact like barbaric gangsters.

Shorty chirped as he was pushed aside by a large Wookiee, who snarled in return.

"No need for trouble, we are jusst here for drink..."

Loogo's forked tongue escaping with every word. Jedi tricks would be a mistake. He would not jeopardize himself or any other Jedi who happened to be sneaking about on this planet. The passive Jedi was never aggressive, he just needed a drink. Leading his droid along, he grabbed a seat at the bar and flagged down the bartender to order his first round.

Jagr had been publicly humiliated on his home world and now had a bright orange mohawk to show people he is a disgrace to his people. Togoria is in the clutches of the Sith, but with the persuasion of his mother to the pilot of the ship, Jagr was to be transported to a Jedi controlled planet. He was going to a planet called Tatooine. He was told that there might be Jedi on this planet that would train him to take out Sith. He was on a mission to make a life to fight against the Sith and die in an honorable fashion. The flight felt like forever, and with all of this time on his hands it brings back events that lead up to where he is now. He thinks back to that Sith with the lightning coming from his hands, and that red lightsaber that killed so many of his people. When the Sith is turning around and he is about to see his face, the ship shakes and a voice comes over the loud speaker "We arrre at Tatooine. Please take all of yourrr things and exit the ship." So, Jagr took what few items he had and got off the ship.

He was now in a strange place by himself. He had never been off of Togoria. So this was going to be a whole new experience. All he knew was that he needed to find a Jedi so that he could start his training. He decided that he would start by getting himself a drink. It had been a long ride and he figured that maybe he could spot a Jedi in one of these places. He wondered how great these Jedi really were. He had trained for most of his life and to hunt and kill. What could these Jedi know that would make him a better fighter? Whoever was going to train him would need to prove that they are superior to him because he would only respect someone who is truly a master.

So Jagr walked into the cantina. Him being 9 feet tall and solid build 575 lbs. made him stand out among the patrons. He had never seen such a diverse crowd in his life. He was interested in every different species and knew not to trust any of them. As he walked in, he saw a serpent-like species talking to a large hairy species.

"No need for trouble, we are jusst here for drink..."

Jagr saw that the serpent-like creature was with a droid and sat down at the bar. He was curious of this creature and decided to sit next to him and ordered his first drink also.

"Hey Serrrpent. Why didn't you fight that hairrry crrreaturrre?"

The bartender came back with his drink and he guzzled the whole thing down within seconds. As the bartender finished giving the serpent his drink, Jagr ordered another drink. He felt something deep inside. An energy that he felt once before. It was when the Sith attacked him and his hunting group. He hoped today would be the day he would take his first Sith's life and start his journey of exterminating this vile threat from the universe.

Not the most familiar with Togorian culture, the once Jedi-Master knew enough about the species to understand that the orange mohawk this man was rocking was more of a symbol than it was a fashion statement. The large felines suspicion was not incorrect. While Loogo has mastered the art of Force Stealth, there was an ominous presence in this cantina with them, although the Sluissi had yet to place its origin.

"Angering a Wookiee iss not a wise thought. Plusss...I may not have been sserved my drink!"

Loogo followed the large beasts lead and finished the rest of his drink, ordering for the bartender to bring yet another round. The Togorian had just barely caught the old Jedi's attention, yet his mind was focused more on his pint than some curious bar-goer. Loogo's tail stretched around the tall chair he'd been sitting on, till it rested next to his astromech droid. The snake leaned over to Shorty and mumbled some incoherent words just before the purple droid chirped in response and wheeled itself out of the cantina.

________________________________________________________________________________________________________

Sitting in the back of the cantina, shrouded by darkness and in complete solitude was an ordinary man by first glance. Yet little would anyone know sat an evil creature, the likes of which would come to a cantina for no other reason than to stir trouble. But not just any kind of trouble. The man wore a black hood and robe, he sat scanning the bar, pinpointing the exits and entrances. Where all the patrons were located, and which ones were threats. Sipping on a cocktail, he knew it was only a matter of time before he could find a suitable candidate. One he could manipulate and trick back into a less open and public area. This man fed on the weak and the strong in order to live. Sustained by the soup of any sentient being, as was the curse given to all Anzats.

Vixur could sense very few who were actually capable of using the Force. It was in those where his sustenance would be quenched for the longest period of time. Although he did catch the attention of one patron who entered not long ago. A burley Togorian with an orange mohawk. Certainly a suitable candidate. The Anzat would keep tabs on him as he scanned the res of the room, sensing no other who were even novice in the ways of he Force. Vixur thumbed the hilt of his lightsaber. They were way out of Imperial space, not that it mattered. Though he was sure to be extra careful when traveling to places like this.

Jagr tried to take his attention away from this energy he is feeling from the shadows. He turned it to the snake-like creature next to him. How peculiar, that he would show restraint, when Jagr thought the use of force would have been a better option. He saw the huge serpent whisper something to his little droid he came in with. Did he feel the same thing as he did? It seems that trouble always came looking for Jagr.

"It feels as if I have caught someone's eyes. It is not very often that the hunter becomes the hunted."
He said with a toothy smile.

He grabbed his drink from the bartender and decided to drink slower. He knew that someone would not try to attempt to fight him in a crowded place like this. He wondered what his new drinking companion would take of all of this. He did not seem overly anxious to fight that hairy creature. He does seem like he would be a formidable fight if it came down to it. I guess time would tell.

The snake finished another drink, gesturing to the bartender for a third which came in haste. Loogo was known in this cantina to drop quite a bit of coin on drink, and almost never causing any trouble which made him a preferred customer. And if he was going to have to listen to this Togorians problems, he would definitely need more. Chugging the first half of his new mug, the snake started to slow down. Albeit only to look around and ascertain exactly who the Togorian was talking about. Although there were many patrons at this time, the former Jedi let the thought enter that he was referring to the same being he felt a force presence in. This would mean he too was gifted with the Force. While his interest peaked, he still did not say much in return.

"There are a lot of patronss in here. Mosst of 'em regularss. When they sssee a new face they get a little curiouss. I'm sssure thatss all your feeling."

Although did he really care? His words meant to comfort the large feline, though his tone gave off a monotone buzz.

"Ain't that right Chorra?" Loogo raised his glass to the female Rodian bartender who perked up at the sight of his glass. "Whats that? You need anoder'one?" Shaking his head for not conveying his point clear enough he shrugged and nodded before finishing off the rest of his mug.

"Anyway...ssince your talkin' already. Whatss your deal? What bringss you here?"

Jagr was annoyed with the dismissal of the dark presence that he felt. Maybe this snake creature was just a local drunk that did not know of such things. He was now sure that someone was watching him at this point. He didn't have to look around to feel that someone was watching him, and not just another local patron. Jagr felt like he was wasting his time with this snake who was more interested in getting drunk than anything else. Although he felt like he was wasting his time with this guy, he figured that he would entertain his company for a little bit longer before he would set out to find the Jedi.

"Just passing thrrrough. I'm trrrying to have a frrresh starrrt."

Jagr found it hard to trust people. Especially one he just met. He thought back to his parents and had a heavy heart. So he finished the rest of his drink and got the attention of the bartender and ordered another drink. He knew this would be his last drink and that he should be moving to find a Jedi. He chugged the last of the new drink given to him and tipped the bartender. He turned to the snake and got up from his chair. This moved his cloak to expose his lightsaber hilt. He quickly fixed his cloak to hide his weapon.

"I must be on my way. I have a cerrrtain verrrmin that I must deal with."

He then started walking toward the door. Although he felt like he had good vision for such a room, he still could not make out the figure in the corner as he passed by. He growled as he passed by the corner and walked out the door. He wanted to attack the figure, but knew it was not the best situation to do such a thing. So, he decided to push the encounter out of his mind and focused on figuring out how to find a Jedi.

New start ehh? The snake could tell that the man had trust issues. Not that it was common to start spilling your whole history out at a random bar, but he didn't even let out his name. The snake dismissed the thought once the togorian left and continued to focus on his drink. The rodian bartender knew he tipped well and was here often enough so she would give him a certain priority above some others. Soon enough the snake would be half in the bag as usual and somehow find his way home

Vixur paid attention to everyone in the bar, and while no one gave him so much as a glance his decision came when the togorian he'd eyed before left in a hurry. Though the Anzat waited. The feline beast hadn't had much to drink. Not for a creature of that stature. And his only confrontation was with the Sluissi who had been pounding drinks since he entered, clearly not one intention for business. This rose Vixurs curiosity towards the Sluissi. He'd seen so few of those species in his past, but he could have sworn to recognize him from somewhere. Finding it difficult to tell the distinction between any two of those kinds of people. He dismissed the thought.

Leaving some credits down to take care of his small order. The cloaked figure rose from his seat and headed towards the door, on to pursue the Force sensitive feline. Vixur calmed his senses shadowing his Force presence and making it difficult to be tracked via the Force. This was not the first Force sensitive he's attempted to drain. And by far not the strongest, yet an apex predator never let his guard down, nor underestimated his prey.

Weaving in and out of patrons, he found his way to the exit where the feline was no where in sight. Vixur, despite this, knew the direction of his target. His presence imprinted onto the Anzats memory. And so he followed in that direction looking for signs of his target, yet keeping his distance all the whole incognito through the Force at the same time. Tatooine buildings were not tall and its towns were spread out not leaving many places to lurk or stalk. Although once you got out into the dunes, the areas between cities and towns, there was nothing but sand. Vixur headed in the direction of his speeder, which he might need if his target took to another settlement. Once his target had been spotted the predator would wait for a moment to strike.

Jagr left the cantina to find the Jedi his mother had talked about. To find those that would train him to find the Sith and he would go out to destroy all of them. He hated the Sith down to the very last atom in his body. He wanted nothing more in life than to destroy all of the Sith and vanquish them from the universe. The journey would begin once he found a Jedi and learn their ways. He needed them to train to be the strongest against this foe.

Jagr moved out of the cantina still upset with the figure in the corner. He could not shake it from his mind. He knew that whoever was in that corner represented everything that he wanted to take out of this world. He wandered aimlessly for what felt like a few hours. He had no idea where he would find a Jedi. This place seemed like on of the last places in the universe you would find such a person. He also knew that to ask someone for help would be foolish because you could never know people's intentions, and what side they went with. So Jagr decided that the only person he really interacted with was the snake-being. So he decided that he would try to go back to the cantina and see what he could find out from him. The only problem was that he was lost. This, being a new place for Jagr, made things worse. He had no sense of direction after spending hours roaming the streets in a desperate attempt to find a Jedi.

Jagr had no place to go so he decided that he would find a quiet alleyway where no one would know he would be and sleep until the morning where he could try to get more answers. He found an alleyway next to a place that sold some sort of foodstuffs that he had never heard of. The stores were all long closed in this part of the city so he felt like he would not get disturbed. Though he was always ready in his mind for something to happen to him. It always seems to happen to him. So he decided to lay down after a long day and close his eyes. Tomorrow he would find some answers and find the Jedi.

Hours had passed and his target had not reached any concrete destination. Though his patience was as strong as his will and so he pursued with every bit of caution he began with. Eventually the feline Togorian, after hapless wandering, found a resting area. It was not uncommon to find homeless people on this planet, however Vixur did not believe at first for this one to be one of them. Regardless, he waited for his prey to get settled in the alleyway. By this time the two suns of this planet had gone down and the night began to take over. Vixur was shrouded by darkness as his robes gave him extra camouflage during the night. He waited upward of 45 minutes so that his target would be in a deep sleep before he would initiate contact. The alleyway offered enough cover for him not to be seen, however he would need to drop down on his target from above so that the light from the moon would not reveal him in the mouth of the alley. The Anzat looked around, reaching out with the Force to try and see if there was anyone around. Though at this hour it wasnt surprising to see that there were none. Using the Force, Vixur concentrated on his telekinesis as he began to rise off of the ground. Higher and higher he went until he was above the building covering the alley.

Descending slowly and quietly, the sleeping beast did not appear to notice the flying figure. Vixur stopped about three feet above the ground in front of his target. His satanic ritual had begun. Hovering over his prey, the pouches on his cheeks opened up and two tentacles extended from them, inching closer and closer to his targets hairy face. Vixur's lust could not be controlled at this point, he needed the satiation of this Force sensitive in order to live and sustain himself. Albeit it was more than a necessity, the Anzat enjoyed his little hunt. Using the Force once more, he tapped into the mind of the sleeping beast. His mouth opened up due to salivation, revealing his pointed shark-like teeth in the dead of night. Vixur made sure that his target was in a deep sleep, and if not he would put him there. Creating visions, dreams in the mind of his prey so that he would buy time to feed off of him. The tentacles now within inches of the beasts face, the Force acting upon his mind so that he would not wake, and if he did he would take it in the grasp of his superior Force training and hold onto it so that the beast could not move until it was all said and done.

The drunken Sluissi was eventually asked to leave as the cantina had been closing. At this point Loogo was over the top and stumbling a bit as he left. A couple others left with him, though separated once leaving the cantina doors to return home. Loogo proceeded in the direction of his home, without remembering that he had his droid, Shorty get his speeder for this very reason. His comlink, fortunately, ha still been with him, as well as his blaster. The large snake wandered through the town cursing himself for being put in this situation. He wanted more drink, but at the same time he just wanted to go home and sleep.

As Jagr fell into a deep sleep, he began to dream about being back home. He missed his planet. He missed the people who he had known his whole life. It felt like he was truly back there. It was a usual day of hunting in the wild on Togoria. They were hunting their usual prey when Jagr came up to one. He was about to kill it when it turned into his mother. She turned to him and told him "Keep looking forrr the Jedi. You arrre close, but always keep yourrr guarrrd up." When she finished everything changed again. He was surrounded by Sith. They were all closing in on him when he felt an energy suck him up in the air and he woke up from his dream to see something floating above him with tentacles coming out of his mouth. He couldn't move. Some sort of force was keeping him still as the tentacles came closer and closer. He concentrated his energy on his hatred for this creature and all Siths that are out there. He was seconds away from these tentacles touching him when using all of his energy he let out a thunderous roar. He felt drained after doing all of this, but found out he was able to move. He decided that this fight was more than he could handle, so he ran out of the alleyway and on the dark road. He knew he had no time before the creature would be on him again and he knew that it would be all over. Someone of this strength was going to be to much for Jagr so he tried to find a place to hide. He ran as fast as he could, and even looked back to see where the assailant was. When he turned around to see where he was going, he ran into the snake from the cantina.

"Oooph"

Jagr fell down from hitting into the creature, and could could not get up from exhaustion. This was going to be the end. The first day out in the universe and the enemy already got him. He would die with shame to his family and people. The only hope he had was that it would be a quick death. He did not want to go out like that. He had to train his mind that he could do this. So he mustered as much strength that he could and more to get up off the ground, and reached for the only weapon that was on him. The lightsaber was in his hands and he had no idea how to use it. He had to inspect the weapon to find how to turn it on. When he finally found it, it surprised Jagr with an orange glow that he had only saw when the Sith attacked his planet, except he had a red one. He was drained and disoriented, but he was going to put up a last stand against the foul creature that was trying to, what seemed like, eat him.

Vixur was shocked that this creature could bring about so much energy in one concentrated attempt to flee. His life was at stake and there was no other option, but Vixur had faced even stronger individuals who could not accomplish the same feat. A mild stun became of the vampire predator, watching the Togorian escape the alley with more salivating glance than previous. He was strong, and so would his life force be once sucked up. Vixur rose, up out of the alleyway to watch the figure escape from below. It was clear hat he was weak, strong enough only to unleash the weapon that signified who he was...or whom he sought. Obvious that the man had no training with a lightsaber, he could quite possibly do more harm to himself than any other. Though, was it a coincidence he had run into that snake figure again, or something much more?

The Anzat analyzed the threat. The snake did not move, and his target whimpered at best to wield the saber. Vixur hovered closer to the ground, descending quickly as to appear behind the Togorian, who would be in the middle of him and the snake. A wretched smile signifying that no threat was heeded, by the Togorian nor the Sluissi, let alone them together were it to come to that.

Loogo slumped over. In his state being trampled by a 9 foot brute was devastating. Unable to stand tall, the snake fell over into the sand. His mind bypassing the pain that it had just caused him and revealing a new pleasure that the cold sand provided on his scales. It seemed to have refreshed the reptile. Sensing another presence alerted him to a sense of danger, however. Peering up off the ground he could see the bright hue of a lightsaber in the middle of the night. And passed that, not much higher than the Togorian was another menacing figure, one whose presence could not be mistaken.

"The less is that?!"

The Jedi Master said in his drunken stupor. Yet he could still not comprehend exactly what was going on. And before he revealed himself as who he was, he wanted to get a bigger picture.

Meanwhile, Vixur descended just above the sand in front of his target. "Sure you know how to use that thing?" He said menacingly. Concentrating his Force abilities not only on himself, but more specifically towards the tips of his fingers of his right hand, and with his left he called upon a fury of telekinesis gripping on the tendrils of the Force that was connected to the hilt of his enemies lightsaber and beckoned it to his own hand. Had his disarmament of his opponents weapon succeeded or not, his next step would still be the same. With his other hand he unleashed a torrent of Sith ligtning towards his target, meaning to fillet his supper before he devoured him. The spark of the lightning matched the spark of the vampires eyes as they lit up in the dark of night.
