SKILLS AND ABILITIES

STAT
ABILITY
DESCRIPTION
[TR2]STRENGTH 4/10 The only sign of strength she possesses is a bit in her arms, that she trained simply by often having to use some force when tightening bolts or so. Otherwise, she isn't particularly strong.[/TR2]
DEXTERITY 8/10 She is slim and quite small, also, thanks to her friend's teachings, she learned to be quite nimble. She has a fast step and can roll and duck quite easily, but nothing too fancy. Her training from a Mandalorian trained smuggler has helped in this skill
[TR2]CONSTITUTION 5/10 She was never subject to harmful effects, never took a shot, and never really trained her body to endure hits. In addition, short stature and slim body means that her constitution is not very high. However, she is fairly used to heat, being brought up in Tatooine.[/TR2]
INTELLIGENCE 8/10 She is quite smart and likes learning new things, which she does quite quickly. She is quite good at problem solving, as this is required daily for her profession. She also learned to be fairly good at quick thinking.
[TR2]WISDOM 5/10 Alisha still follow impulse more than she follows reason, but isn't entirely naive. A lifetime on Tatooinetaught her enough to stay alive. A.C.E also has taught her a lot of things, but she still tends to see good in people. [/TR2]
CHARISMA 6/10 Her last five years with A.C.E has taught her a few more social skills than what she used to know. Although still awkward sometimes, she's able to tell a bluff now an can go to a deal without making a fool of herself .
SKILL
VALUE
DESCRIPTION
7/10
She has decent knowledge of technology due to her exposure to regular dealing with Jawas. However, it being Tatooine, she is not as familiar with newer technology
6/10
Her friends lesson taught her much about pickpocketing and stealing, although this mainly applies to credit chips and other small objects
6/10
She isn't strong, but living on Tatooine meant she's had to fend off a thugs here and there ..Her size and agility mostly help with twisting and struggling away from grasps, together with the occasional kick in the balls..That one never fails..with men anyway.
8/10
Haggling is something that she had to learn if she wanted to get decent bargains. People on Tatooine are tough negotiatiors, Jawas in particularly, but the latter are not unreasonable. Alisha learned to deal well with Jawas while negotiating a price, and is reasonably good with most other beings. A.C.E has also improved this aspect
7/10
A lifetime on Tatooine amongst piles of junk, together with 5 years spent with A.C.E, has made her proficient at finding resources and using what is available.
6/10
Thanks to training with a Mandalorian smuggler, she no longer risks shooting herself in the foot. Her 5 years with A.C.E has seen this skill improved. She's never going to be a sniper, but she can handle a blaster. She still rather not have to use it, however.
[TR2]
Mechanical

9/10

She has an excellent grasp of anything mechanical, either ships or droids and even landspeeders. Experiences while in A.C.E and in company of another very skilled and mechanically apt member has helped this talent grow, plus the constant need of fixing, repairing and upgrading A.C.E's shipsl[/TR2]

[TR2]
Stealth

7/10
Her small stature and slim figure help her in remaining mostly undetected. She is particularly able to blend in big crowds, but also does well in smaller spaces[/TR2]

Haggling

PERSONALITY

Not as timid as she used to be, but in large groups she still tends to be quiet. Very confident in her abilities as a mechanic, and not quietly so anymore, but never arrogant. A decent haggler too, as she spent a good part of her teen years bargaining for parts in Mos Eisle's markets for her father. She is honest and has no problem sharing her views, especially if it is about fixing speeders or droids... Then she believes it's not a matter of opinion, but know-how.

She does have a good sense of humour and is inclined to laugh if the situation arises. She strongly believes in the value of families and true friends, and can get a little touchy if someone makes fun of that. She tends to bite her lower lip if she gets nervous or agitated, a habit she had a lot more as a child. Growing up, this habit was reduced mostly because her confidence increased enough to learn how to survive in the harsh environments of Tatooine. However, if there is a large crowd, or if she is under pressure she still bites her lip noticeably, often to the point of making her lips raw, or bleed slightly. That habit never really went away.

Having grown up in Tatooine, she is used to seeing all sorts of aliens, and always found other cultures fascinating. However, she is not a big fan of reading books, thus never really looked into it much. As a child, she tended to be rather optimistic, like her father, but that sort of faded as she grew. She isn't a negative, can't do this, can't do that sort of person, but she tries to be realistic. She's seen too much on Tatooine to believe that good always wins. For that reason, she doesn't trust people immediately. However, she is a relatively good judge of characters, and as soon as she tags you as her friend, she is almost fiercely loyal.

Alisha was born on Tatooine (Anchorhead). Her mother was a farmer, and they had a small farm on the outskirts of Anchorhead. Her father was an excellent mechanic and travelled daily to Mos Eisley, as he had a shop there that repaired speeders, droids, farming equipment, engines, etc. Her father would help for free with any repair with the farming equipment on the farms around Anchorhead as well, as he is a generous man, making him quite popular with the local farmers. Unfortunately, her Mother died from a brain tumour when she was just five. Her father sold the farm to another local farmer, as he was not able to keep it by himself as well as work as a mechanic, so he decided to move with Alisha near Mois Eisley to focus on his work. Alisha was then brought up amongst his work shop, observing his work, which also fascinated her from a early age. By the time she was 10, she was able and very willing to help his father with simpler repairing tasks. She was a shy child, and the streets of Mos Eisley is no place for a child on her own, and they scared her.

Until the age of 12, Alisha spent most of her time with her father, only occasionally exploring the streets close to their small apartment, not wondering too far. By the time she was 12, often her father would also take her with him in his regular dealings with the jawas for more spare parts, engines and other small technologies. One day, while she was out on a street near her home, she met a female twi'lek of similar age named Shiri. The two quickly became very good friends, and shared many adventures on the streets of Anchorhead. Shiri was extremely street wise, and showed Alisha how to pick pocket rich
merchants who, she claimed, probably won't miss a few credits. She also showed Alisha how to be blend in with the crowd and become inconspicuous, which was helped by the fact that they were both slim and quite small still, as well as how to spot people following you. By the end of the year they were inseparable and Alisha became a lot more confident in dealing with Mos Eisley's streets, not as skilled as her friend, but she could get by. They also got into their share of troubles amongst Anchorhead's shadier side streets. Her pretty face would often get the attention of less than honorable men. She's by no means an intimidating looking girl, but she is agile and was always able to kick, bite, and struggle away faster than they'd predict even IF they could catch her, which wasn't often.

Then everything changed when, at 17, Shiri suddenly disappears. When Alisha goes to her parent's house, which lived nearby hers, Alisha found it completely empty. No trace of either her parents or Shiri. A local approached her and tells her that she and her family was taken by slavers during the night, but wasn't able to tell where they went, or who the slavers were. Alisha found herself in a situation in which she was helpless, unable to “fix it”. This devastated Alisha, who from then on, became quiet again, generally avoiding socializing unless it was at the market, were she was often bargaining for spare parts to bring back to her father's workshop. For the next 6 years she focused on her skills as a mechanic, helping her father's work to the point where she could take projects herself. Financially, Alisha and her father weren't rich but they were doing all right, much better, she often thought, than many people in Tatooine. Neither her father nor her wasted their money on luxuries for themselves, but rather tried to help those poorer than them.

By the age of 19, Alisha became a very proficient mechanic and scavenger. However, her thoughts often wondered, with a heavy heart, what happened to Shiri. She found a little solace in her pit droid, which she found randomly wondering the market one day at 17. The little prick was stealing tools and other things from thugs and merchants alike, and it looked rather amusing to Alisha, not to mention that it reminded her of Shiri. She decided to try and befriend the thing and teach it some mechanics, which she did, and now Tippy, as she calls it, is always tagging along with her. Not only does it help with repairs, but it is also pretty good at..acquiring materials from time to time.. The droid seems to have developed a rather naughty personality, and beeps and argues at her constantly, but Alisha has grown far too attached to even thinking about scrapping it..

Now 22, Alisha is quite tired of her way of life on the planet. Alisha and her father aren't the poorest, considering Tatooine, and Alisha was smart enough to know there was much worse. However, Tatooine is not a safe place to settle, and living in fear of being shot, or robbed, or worse, sold into slavery, is not a good prospect..In addition, memories of her friend on the streets of the city are starting to drag her down, emotionally. She always wanted more to live than just surviving. She yearns for a purpose. She also secretly hopes to find out what happened to Shiri, even if it is just for closure. After hearing a random conversation in the street,Alisha decided to try and somehow get a ticket off planet, towards the closest republic outpost or base that she could find. She doesn't know too much about world politics, but just enough to know that the Sith were a threat and that the Republic sounded like a good cause to join. When she reveals her intention to her father, she finds him supportive. After all, he'd rather his daughter go somewhere safer, with a better chance of a better future.

After a year of hard work, dangerous bargains and doing odd repair jobs, and other slightly more illicit jobs, for definitely shady people, Alisha finally manages to accumulate enough credit to buy herself a ticket off planet. The last few days on Tatooine were the hardest. Saying goodbye to her father was extremely emotional. She even asked him to come with her, but he refused, saying his place was on Tatooine. With some tears in her eyes, but a lot of hope in her heart, Alisha finally leaves Tatooine.

Leaving Tatooine, she finds herself in a set of circustances and events that lead to the formation of A.C.E, Ark-sector Conveyance Experts. The group has 2 shipAfter the first few jobs between Tanaab and Tatooine, the group establishes a base on Arkanis, from which they get together and plan further jobs in the sector.

Alisha is now 28, and has had further training in shooting and handling a fire fight, so she is much more self sufficient and confident that she was before. She has also partly learned to bluff and read people, and play pazzak. She's not the best player, but neither is she the worst, and her skills are gradually improving (with an increasing lack of credits). Over the years, she grew quite fond of the crew from A.C.E, especially a certain charming smuggler of Mandalorian descent, whom she is now in a relationship with. All in all, the future looks bright.
