You wanna know about me? Fine.

I am Aisu Arashi Winters. However, Ai is sufficient for you, most likely. Now, I'm not your average, run-of-the-mill Kasa Horansi. I have many, many reasons, as you are about to find out.

I only stand about 6' 2" tall- dreadfully short for my species. My limbs are muscled, but slim. My muzzle isn't too long, nor is it too short. The same goes for its thickness. My ears extend just a little too long, in my opinion, but I have yet to recieve criticism about them. My whiskers are so thin and clear as to seem nonexistant, and my legs are digitigrade, as are all members of my species. My tail extends a fair distance beyond my back, roughly average length, for the common Kasa Horansi. It looks disproportionately long, though, because of my comparitive size from the common Kasa Horansi.

My pelt is, due to a genetic defect unique to my mother's side of the family, a pearly white. I should have been born with the common rusty ochre fur, but luckily the white gene is a dominant one- however, it is still unique to my mother's side. My eyes, due to that same genetic defect, are an uncommon blue. They can either be as cold as ice, as gentle as water, as light as air, or as determined as sapphires. The stripes that cascade down my fur are long, lustrous, and obsidian, a beautiful feature to my body. My face bears the six spots common to my father's side, and I bear a small, crimson dot on my right leg- a birthmark, natural highlights from my father's pelt.

The... improvements also did just that. I am somewhat stronger, slightly better than the average Kasa Horansi, but my agility is where they improved me. I am at least twice as dextrous and fast as before, and I have a by far better sense of balance, allowing me to take extraordinarily dangerous gymnastic feats in stride. My eyesight, even though Kasa Horansi possess incredible eyes, have been made better. I have completely perfect night vision and stunning daylight vision, due to my range of the visible spectrum now dipping slightly into the Ultraviolet. My senses of hearing, smell, and taste are also much enhanced, so I can taste the subtle differences in blood, hear the distinctions of a voice much better than a human, and smell my enemies from afar...

Now, my personality... Perhaps as pointless and convoluted as Galactic Politics. However, I will attempt to describe my unique mentalities. I am very moody for a Kasa Horansi, as I can fluctuate multipe times in a standard hour. I am considered sharply intelligent, as I can outwit almost any opponent, but I have a tendency to overthink situations, when the answer is obvious. I'm also rather distrustful by nature, and I seem to have no distinction between opponents and enemies... There is apparently an extreme difference in most of my species' eyes, but I fail to see any.

Strengths and Weaknesses

My strengths. They are not as numerous as others, but if I can exploit them, there is little chance of a target escaping. Now, my strengths are thus: my agility, my intellect, my senses, my balance, and my ability to fight up-close and personal.

My weaknesses are also rather profound. I have a lack of exceptional strength, I have virtually no training or knowledge of dishonorable blaster weaponry, and I can't really stand up to a prolonged fight. My piloting skills are negligable, and I am utterly incompetent when it comes to engineering, tech, and demolitions.

My tale

My story is, to put it simply, eventful. I was born of the Horansi homeworld of Mutanda, the son and only child of an affluent Kasa Horansi- a patrician who was the brother of the Feudal Lord's right hand man. Thus, I had a very affluent uncle and father. My mother, however, had by far simpler roots, but was still a Kasa Horansi- albeit with a genetic defect that rendered her pelt snowy white and her eyes summer blue. I was born to them in an exquisite, yet simple home in the province where my uncle "reigned".

I grew up alongside my three cousins and my half brother. Dalang was strong, if a bit on the less intelligent side. Karuay was competent, but settled for no less that irritating. Jiang was confident, strong-willed, and capable. Hiachi, your overall useful friend and fighter. I also knew two beautiful girls- one, a Mashi Koransi named Ayda who Jiang obviously had the hots for, and then there was Hi-Ryuu, a fiery angel who was, sadly, of a different caste- a Treka Horansi. Then there was me, the measly shrimp who had the funky fur.

Whoop-de-do for me. We live in such enlightened times.

However, I grew up more or less among the six. I learned the use a Katana alongside them, at age nine, although I held mine backhanded, the origin of my habit of fighting up-close and personal, one that has served me well... But I digress. I learned politics on my own, but I never had the patience for it. Granted, I was sometimes a calculating little bugger, but not always.

I reached adolescence, and it was rather unremarkable, laying aside the fact that I was kidnapped by the Phoenix Corporation at age 16, to be taken as a part of their hideous experiments. All I know is that one day I was sixteen, and practicing with my katana alongside two Mashi Koransi, and then, five years later, I awoke in a cold, metallic room in a pod full of teal liquid.

Yech.

I managed to break out, given about a minute, but when I got out, and actually found a reflective surface, I was surprised and horrified at the same time... My eyes were... Not the same. They were the same eyes, but modified. They now glowed, and no longer had pupils. My eyes glowed entirely blue. Creepy. My muscles were more developed, and my body itself felt stronger, and, oddly, more balanced. I could do so much more that I had... Then I noticed the strange sythetic proteins on my arms. One on each one-like a socket that sealed itself, hid itself. I then found... Something strange.

A pair of gauntlets, specially fitted to my forearms. I, naturally, tried them on. Two little... probes... went into the little "sockets" on my forearms, and locked into place. Until I pressed a panel on the side of the gauntlyet, then they released. But I also discovered that those gauntlets were special. When I clenched my fists, they would become energized. They were sustained by the synthetic fiber computer in my chest, and if I utilized them too much, I would become tired.

After a short time- and many training sessions against freakish mutants- I learned the truth from a treacherous employee... I was a copy. My improvements were, at least. A mimicry of the ACE program run by a rival corporation- who used two of my cousins as test subjects! I had been abducted, modified, and trained... all without my knowledge. Of course, now I had weapons. The second I recieved my katana, which was, sadly, four years later, I made my escape. Using my so-called "Thunder Gauntlets", I broke out, killing three guards and one scientist in the escapade. I had two like me, two other prototypes... They were killed in our coup by the guards. I managed to get to a starship, however, and using my mediocre piloting skills, somehow evaded pursuit and jumped to hyperspace. I ended up on several scum planets in a succession, finally managing to make it to a good planet... Coruscant. This was after two more years of travel, and meeting up with that fiery Treka Horansi again on Nar Shaddaa. The good thing is that, because we're not stuck on Mutanda, the silly caste rules don't apply to us.... I am currently searching throughout the galaxy for my cousins and brother, as they seem to have, well, vaished. But I know they're not dead. They're too strong for that.

My Equipment

I travel light. After all, what's the point in toting around a huge bag of kark if you're trying to be stealthy? My point exactly.

Honor Nodachi: I recieved this because I passed the Trial at age thirteen, and as such, I was given a true nodachi to be wielded in battle. It's hilt is light grey metal, wrapped in dark turquoise fabric, with a light blue stone on the butt of the sword. The blade is moderately long, and of a whitish-silver color.

Daggers/Knives: There are 17 total hidden in various places on my body, ranging from a machete to a small throwing dagger.

Throwing stars: 4 poisoned throwing stars on my belt. Very deadly.

Thunder Gauntlet: Prototype weapons, lightweight and relatively unknown, given to me by Phoenix Corporation as a weapon to use when I needed to make an exit and I couldn't use stealth. They're simply metal gauntlets of an unknown ore that is highly conductive, and the gauntlets fire three bolts of magnetically-directed lightning at an enemy. A padded layer seperates the gauntlets from me.

Plasma slug launcher: (x2) Dual plasma slugthrower pistols. Useful in combat situations when range is needed.

Leather Pouch: My leather pouch, hanging across my torso, is where I store all of my odds and ends. A single grenade sits in there, alongside a hacking chip, a universal tool, a datapad that can download information from my ports in my arms, and a portable holoprojector for communication.

Starship

Crescent Wing

A light starfighter stolen from the laboratories of Phoenix Industries. It has very light weaponry, is an easy-to-pilot starfighter, and for the most part operates of copilot, as it was meant for a shuttle from the insustries to the atmostphere.

Role Plays:
Bottled Adventure

((OOC/ And yes, I got permission from Hakim for all of this...))

Sounds a lot like the ACE projects.... but I like him. Oh, Ravyn isn't very intelligent. He is more of the act first and possibly think about what could happen after acting type guy. No biggy though. His arsenal seems kind of underpowered for a Winters though. Even Dalang has his own private armory lol. And the traditional blade would be the Nodachi since it would fit their palms better than the katana which is essentially a hand-and-a-half sword with a think blade. Other than that, he's great for a Winters if different from the rest. Yay for uniqueness.
