A bass-toned and fairly expressively vocabulated voice rumbled through earpieces as the War Master’s speech was rendered in Basic, his words direct and terse but not unkind as he laid out objectives for his soldiery. This operation was too sensitive for holographic communication.

“Our fleet forces approach, and to land our ground forces within quick striking distance of the city, we need this anti-air facility out of the equation. I’d prefer it if you captured it with as little damage as possible; refitting a specialized installation may take time I do not wish to invest if it can be avoided.”

The Wookiee made a noise of consideration.

“If it can’t be helped though, it can’t be helped.”

The rising sound of turbolaser cannon fire gave gravity to the words of the War Master. The battle for Kessel had begun, and Master Vash Windrider and the elite of the IFL would be among the first to strike a blow for it's complete on total dominance under the rule of the Empire.

For his part the Sith assassin was in his normal battle armor, lightsabers in hand and pistol at his right hip under his robes. Also at his hidden in his robes were several explosive shape charges to make quick entry into the cannon batteries. The force would aid him in this if needed but the explosives would simply make it a little quicker. Surrounding him were 10 of the IFL's best. Hand Picked by his partner @Gunner Stahl and split into 2 fire teams. One of each team with a z-11 repeater, the others with IPR-5s and all hand a side arms and a couple of grenades and standard shock trooper armor.

As the War Master gave the order to attack Vash replied. "Understood Lord. Break. Gun, you may began you attack and the sand storm allows you cover to move." The Sith would then call on the force, harnessing and focusing it's power into a powerful dust storm. Starting form Vash's location and moving toward the installation.

Bravo Squad; the callsign utilized to refer to the black hand's dynamic duo: Vash Windrider and Gunner Stahl. The two operatives were as deadly as they came and feared through the Empire for their high number of confirmed kills and impeccable mission completion rate. This would be no different. They didn't done the pretense of the Empire's elite assassin network but rather appeared in their ordinary military pretense.

Gunner stood near his ally and rising friend, Vash; the shadowguard grabbed in his imperial ebony armor and armed with his signature devastator rifle as well as the golden blaster at his side. Several smoke and fragmentation grenades were located on his torso while a small satchel at his side held a prominent, electrical spike which would likely be used to infiltrate and disable any electronics network. Their IFL operatives were hand picked by him, selected for their competency as well as lethality. Two large duffel bags on the ground contained several Aggressor LRA sniper rifles, "All right boys, four of you ditch those IPRs and switch em out, we'll engage long distance for now. The rest of you, on me..."

As the snipers prepared in position, he led the remaining six soldiers along with him, activating his devastator rifle as well as the HUD scope of his armor as they prowled through the desert landscape. He waited for the dust-storm to pass and infiltrate the compound, placing opposing detail into disarray due to the limited visibility. An opportune moment to strike, he echoed into his comm link. "Snipers..engage at will".

As he stated, several shots echoed outwards, the aggressor LRA rifles were paired with heat vision scopes, allowing his troops to easily identify the confused guards and rain them down into oblivion. Bodies fell from the elevated towers as they were riddled with sniper fire, 4 bodies total fell to the ground with loud thuds. A single guard however managed to escape sniper fire, the storm interfering with the trajectory of the shot. Meanwhile, Gunner was advancing with the remainder of the platoon towards the bottom lair but unfortunately the code given by Imperial intelligence didn't work to open the door. Snarling, he went towards the perimeter of the lobby they were in and stalked behind a wall in anticipation. Footsteps grew louder as a security detail came to investigate the ruckus as well as the screams that he heard from the towers. Unfortunately, he didn't realize the danger that loomed near him. A quick forearm curled around his neck and Gunner viciously snapped it to the side. Allowing the corpse to glide effortlessly to the ground, Gunner quickly rummaged through the uniform to find a clearance card.

Bringing his wrist to his lips, he communicated through their encrypted line. "I've got clearance to head inside, meet as designed coordinates, I'll upload them shortly." He stated towards the Sith Master. This was all too easy for now, Gunner would lead with force while Vash would utilize Stealth in a devastating one-two punch which had never failed them before.

Hail to the Empire!

Vash followed the team in a slightly less rush to continue to control the force and focus the storm that covered their movements. Once Gunner's team was in place the Sith assassin relinquished his control of the winds of the barren desert and allow the storm to dissipate slowly. Vash used the last of the storm to shield him as he leaped from the desert floor to the top of the facility. With the aid of the force it took him only two spring loaded leaps to reach the top.

The other member of their deadly duo had taken command of the troops and the Sith assassin was fine with that. Going in alone Vash landed on the roof of the complex. The storm fading away now, leaving the Nightbringer to handle the 12 guards waiting on the roof. The Sith Master called on the dark side to fill his body. Augmenting his speed and reflexes to inhuman levels. Igniting his saber hilts the blades snap-hissed with deep red anger and hatred. As the guards opened fire on him, the assassin was a batted away several shots and dodged two more to close with the poorly skilled men.

Now close to his prey the Sith carves and swath through the men. Focusing slicing off limbs of weapons as moving to the next target. He would dice his way through seven of the men before taking a lucky shot from a thug to his back plate. At the same moment Gunner voiced his entrance into the facility, Vash was done playing. Sadistic anger filled him and he shunted that hate and anger along with the power within him into a powerful storm of lighting and would surround him. Killing or stunning the last of the guards.

The guards now down Vash would pluck a card from a dead guard and move to the door of the roof. "Understood bravo one, bravo two inside as well. moving to rally point alpha."

Gunner heard the verbal signal delivered through his comm link, as he carried the security card through a network of corridors to the rendezvous point. The soldiers whisked inwards utilizing a quick and deadly movement, rifles drawn into their arms as the platoon evaluated and searched for any confrontational opposition. Gunner slung his devastator rifle over his back as he sauntered over along with the rest of his warriors. As Vash came into view, he nodded towards his comrade and pointed towards the double doors on the right. "Automatous technology, a mistake that will cost them dearly..." He smirked, moving over and using the security card he gained early to grant access into the computer terminal. It appeared as the defense station was largely running on automated machinery and those stationed within it were there moreso just to keep watch and ensure no harm fell to their network.

Unsheathing the large computer spike from his satchel, he jammed it into the external drive bay. Connecting into a personalized device monitor, he pressed a sequence of buttons and commands, discharging a devastating electrical current to the computer's primary hardware. Lights flickered through the room as suddenly it left them all in darkness. "All right boys, they've lost their eyes. Eliminate all hostiles, The Empire does not take prisoners.."

He snarled, carnal promise on his face as he activated the HUD of his helmet into assault mode along with night vision. The soldiers would all follow suit, with the terminals disabled, the station was utterly defenseless. All those remaining inside loyal to their cause, would now be murdered with efficient ruthlessness. Such was the way, there would be no other options.

The halls and corridors of the upper levels were nearly empty. After such a heavy presents of forces on the roof the assassin was hoping for a few more guards to wet his blade but such would not be the case. So Vash would finally meet with the rest of the team at the designated point. Gunner was already moving onto part two of the assault, not a surprise at all to Vash. The Sith gave his soldier partner the nod of approval and waited for the trooper to crack the security of the station and kill the power.

As the darkness fell over the anti-air station the Imperial fighters were now in there element, Vash himself was home and most deadly in the shadows. But left with the opportunity given to him by his fellow hand member the assassin decided to play with the force. As the troopers marched through the double doors to continue their assault, Vash concentrated and focused his connection to the dark side. Expanding on his own aura, he would will his aura to grow. A sense of terror and fear would moved over and hang over the Imperial forces like a cold fog. To those who would start to lay eyes on Imperial assault team they would see only demons and abominations of the dark side.

"Hold nothing back, let us send a message to the rest of the galaxy my friend." Vash mused with a twisted smile. "For the Empire."

Those that opposed them would find a swift and merciless end, much like a famed Sith Master who found herself at the wrong end of the Black Hand's dark will. Blaster bolts flowed outwards, shearing through flesh and armor alike as mounts of carcasses lay on the ground. As the terrifying fog cleared, the Imperial soldiers would find themselves executing opposition who had remained alive. With the entire electronics network down, there would be no assistance delivered to these individuals, placing them as pure victims of the Empire's wrath.

"For the Empire'... Gunner stated, standing coldly over a body he had just slain. Lowering the carbine rifle, he tapped into his comm link back to the Imperial Transport. "Bravo Squad here. Defense network has been disconnected, all resistance eliminated. Ready for IDF deployment.." His attention turned towards Vash, "I heard Kessel has some nice women, shall we celebrate? You're buying first round.." He snickered, yes the infamous duo would celebrate just like any famed soldiers wanted.. Wine in their bellies and women in their arms.
