Chaleydonia, Christophsis.

Death: Disabled
Maiming: Disabled
Capture: Disabled

The force had taken Vardon to another planet which he had never been on before. Chrisophsis: Most certainly a planet which had been granted a colour palette of its own. The many nuances of blue made its many skyscrapers and landscape rather marvelous to rest one's eyes on. The padawan had initially wandered around the city with his friends, but one after one, they had stayed behind to regard whatever happened to suit their fancy. Vardon didn't mind the solitude much as he wandered out on the bridge connected between the 9th floor of two towers. He looked down, seeing the bustling activity on the other bridges while noting how empty his own bridge was, as he himself appeared to be the only occupant. Below the bridges was a wide road above which numerous speeders ran.

"There is no chaos, there is harmony" he whispered as he observed the seemingly irregular randomness below him, slowly he started seeing the patterns - the speeders all followed the rules which bound them, the people walking followed their daily routines. Soon, the man felt like he had found peace in the rush below him. Vardon found himself in a rather relaxed state, hovering over the handrail running along the edge of the bridge. He did, however, sense that something was awry - something was about to, or was already very bad.

He had his lightsaber attached to his belt to the left and both knives were also attached to the belt, one on each side. The young man didn't have any armour but simply wore some white and rather insignificant clothes which would allow him to blend in a crowd easily as well as move rather freely.

The Thyferran's forehead furrowed as he observed what was happening below him more closely until he finally saw what the cause of his concern was. A young boy was playing a very dangerous game on the bridge below, traversing the bridge on the outside, just barely holding on to the handrails. "Why aren't the others doing something about it?" he thought. Before he had the chance to act, the boy lost his grip and started falling. Quickly reaching out with his hand, Vardon barely managed to keep the boy hovering above the steadily flowing traffic below. He knew the force and had been trained in it - but it was truly a struggle to maintain his hold at this distance.

Mid was walking through the 9th floor of a hotel building. He decided to take a break from his busy schedule of crusading, preaching and killing to go on a meditative retreat. The planet Christophsis was always rather beautiful to him and so he decided to book a spot and settle into a hotel next to a quite busy street. He was, as always, clad in his duraplast sith armour from head to toe, with the black cloak draped over it. His lightsabre was dangling from his hip while his polearm and sith knife was hidden behind his back, on his belt. His two pistols were holstered on his hips as well alongside the two extra mags for each one.

He walked out of his room and headed for a bridge spanning over the busy street and connecting to the other tower, however something pulled at the back of his mind. There was a disturbance in the force, something he hadn't felt since...

Hoth

He quickly moved to the bridge, seeing a young, tall gentleman with his hand outstretched over the bridge...holding a child up in the air down below. He was clearly struggling with the feat. While Mid definitely didn't care about the jedi, he saw no point in letting a helpless child die needlessly. He outstretched his hand as well and assisted in moving the child back onto the bridge.

Once that was done, he turned to look back at the Jedi. He drew the force around him as his hands rested on his hips. "Well now, I didn't think I'd cross one of your kind so early again, little Jedi." he spoke with a cold cheerfulness, his golden eyes hidden behind his helmet, but locked on to the young man. While this wasn't the same Jedi he face on Hoth, it was a Jedi nonetheless.

Surprise struck the padawan as the boy suddenly seemed to float towards safety way quicker than he had expected. But it didn't feel right - even though the boy was getting closer and closer to safety, Vardon's feeling that something was wrong seemed to rise through the roof. But if the force was going to let the boy live, who was he to work against it? And with that, he continued until the boy was safely dumped on the bridge. A smile appeared on the padawan's lips, the light had once again let him save someone from peril and perhaps it had somehow even helped him accomplish it despite the initial difficulty.

A cold voice struck him from behind. Vardon turn to see a large Sith Pureblood at the end of the bridge. A shiver traveled along his spine - this was the first Sith he had ever met, ever seen and the foe was more imposing than he could ever have imagined. The figure, clad in heavy armour, spoke in an eerily cheerful manner - not only did the warrior had experience facing Jedi before, but he also seemed to be confident enough to belittle them. Despite all his training and the prowess which he possessed, there was still a sense of fear in him - facing a Sith was not something he felt prepared to do. "But a Jedi must be able to face his fears" he thought and steeled his nerves.

Vardon's back was straight and his chin held high, if it weren't for his unruly hair, he could easily have been mistaken for a noble, with a rather formal voice, he spoke "Sith. Was it you who helped me save that boy? Surely there must be some light in you." the Thyferran looked at the Sith's mask's visors as he spoke, but there didn't seem to be any kind of emotional response.

With his right hand softly resting on the hilt of his lightsaber, Vardon walked forth towards his supposed foe. If the soul in front of him wouldn't embrace the light, the padawan would have to overcome his fears and remove the darkness. "Know that the light will always prevail" he preached while still preparing for violence. With that, he was ready to draw his lightsaber at any moment, prepared to defend himself in case of any sudden moves.

Mid felt the fear coming from the Jedi. While he might have tried to hide it, Mid felt it and revelled in it. The Jedi straightened up and tried to look more imposing, but this only amused the pureblood further, causing a smile to creep up onto his face. "You clearly haven't met a Sith before, have you? Just because I don't see the point in a kid dying for no reason doesn't mean I'm suddenly 'a pure-hearted little jedi'." he spoke in an amusing manner, going so far as to mock the Jedi in a high pitched voice.

As soon as the Jedi's hand inched closer to his lightsabre, Mid's collapsed polearm flew into his left hand from behind his back with the help of the force, the first blade igniting and pointed right at the Jedi. "In case you haven't noticed, little Jedi. It will only be a matter of time before your precious 'light' is snuffed out by the power of the Dark Side." his voice changed drastically, suddenly speaking harshly and angrily at the Jedi, almost growling at him. He held his left hand up, angling the weapon horizontally in front of him and igniting the second blade. "You better cut that blasphemous prattle and surrender before you lose your head."

As he was talking, his right hand was by his side, preparing a powerful force push to disrupt any immediate attacks from the Jedi.

Vardon was not at all amused by the Sith's mocking but a mere dilution of the voice wouldn't be enough to put him off balance. In fact, the Padawan liked to think that it made him even more motivated to bring the imposing being in front of him to the light.

It felt sudden, but Vardon should really have expected it since his own hand was traveling towards his lightsaber. In the distance, his foe drew is polearm and ignited the first blade. The Thyferran quickly drew his lightsaber with his right arm, more by reflex than a conscious decision. He held out his right arm and held his lightsaber rather far from his body despite not having fully extended his arm. Still a few meters apart, both weapons were pointing towards each other as Vardon kept moving forward slowly with light steps, making sure that he'd be able to see and defend himself against incoming attacks with his lightsaber, or quickly hop away from danger. His body was turned to the side which minimized the contact area and his left hand and arm was hovering in front of his abdomen - ready to pull out a knife or create a force barrier.

His foe kept goading him from the distance, but the young man knew that his opponent was stumbling in the dark "You are wrong, Sith. After a centuries long slumber, the light shall once again shine brightly throughout the Galaxy" he said, filled with idealism and hope.

"And then there's two" he thought as the second blade was ignited and the Sith shifted the position of the blade to a more defensive stance. He had gotten much closer by now, perhaps there was just two meters separating them. This Sith was not what he had imagined, saving a child, offering him a chance to surrender and then this talk of blasphemy - it was not at all what cold-blooded monster he had been expecting. And then, of course, the talk of blasphemy, that just made Vardon throw his opponent a slightly puzzled look. "Surrender? Nay, the light shall see me through!" he exclaimed, while barely raising his voice.

In a quick and sudden move, Vardon took a full step forth, slashing towards the handle of the polearm as well as the arm behind it. If all went well, he would then back away again and hold his lightsaber defensively to see if the damaged Sith would like to surrender.

The jedi was babbling away with his nonsense, but Mid zoned him out almost completely. His focus was on the Jedi's body and actions. When the jedi swung at him, all Mid did was turn his wrist and effortlessly block the incoming swing. As soon as the blades touched at the top, Mid followed through with his lower blade and pushed it to his opponent's legs while still keeping the jedi's blade occupied with the top blade, almost using it as a pivoting point to swing his lower blade to his opponent..

Quick, effortless, effective. With his blade caught at the top, the jedi was going to have to think of something to break off his attack, or risk losing a limb this early into the fight.

Either way, while Mid blocked the blade, he released the force push he was building up, intent on sending his opponent flying backwards on the bridge...

In the same way that the Sith had seen his sudden attack, Vardon noted how his foe started raising his blade vertically. But the padawan was already committed to his action and his foot was still travelling to the ground, but the other foot naturally remained in its current position instead of following along. In response to the threat from below, he used the opposing force from hitting the ground with his foot and the other blade with his lightsaber to bounce back to his former position, quickly withdrawing his leg while also withdrawing his saber from the lock. With this, he hoped that the suddenly redundant force his foe had to apply to the upper end of the lightsaber would slow down the speed of the lower one as the balance the pureblood had been keeping must have taken the locked blades into account. With the increased distance between his foot and Mid's lower blade, Vardon quickly lowered his own blade in return to deflect the continued attack from below. By the time the Sith would be able to counter with the upper blade, the Jedi would already have returned to his position a little further away.

Vardon tried to put up a force barrier to shield himself from the push which followed but he was too distracted from the lightsaber clash to react the force based attack in time but at least the blow wasn't as hard as it could've been if he didn't have a free left hand prepared to put up a barrier. Regardless, he still felt his feet lift off of the ground and he fell back in the direction he came until he eventually hit the handrail after a three meter flight. Vardon grimaced in pain as he felt the left side of his lower back hit the handrail but was glad that he was at least still on his feet. He made sure to keep his saber raised in the event of another attack.

The Jedi used his lightsabre to push back and create distance from the attack, but Mid's grip was solid and he maintained control of his blade's balance. The Jedi blocked down, leaving his head exposed, but before Mid could even attempt to slice at him, the Jedi flew back through the air.

His plan worked perfectly. The Jedi's attack broke off and he flew back a couple of metres. Not wasting any time Mid drew one of his pistols and fired 2 rounds to his chest and 1 to his head. Not stopping there, he took advantage of the Jedi smashing into the rail and kept firing. 2 to his legs, another 2 to his chest and 1 at his sword arm, giving the Jedi a bit of a hard time to block all the rounds coming at him in the short distance.

As this was happening, his polearm was held in front and slightly to the side of him, ready to block any incoming attack or deflected bolt from the Jedi.

The Sith's onslaught was merciless as he started firing his weapon while Vardon was still in the air - still his lightsaber was at the ready and he was quite close to hitting the handrail by the time his opponent had the chance to both take out the pistol from its holster as well as aim it towards his chest. Therefore the shots wouldn't arrive until he had already hit the handrail. The two shots against his chest formed a line which the padawan deflected with a single motion of his lightsaber. The shot against his head couldn't have been easy for the Sith as the body part was a relatively small target which was still moving backwards rapidly while the shot was fired - and considering the speed at which the three shots were made, it couldn't be all that carefully aimed either. Still, the bolt was flying towards the outer part of the Thyferran's head but it was avoided by a slight tilt to the right by said body part.

The Pureblood seemed intent on continuing the barrage but Vardon had no intents on staying in place like a sitting duck, instead he pushed hard against the hand rail to quickly gain momentum to dash away from it to his right. One of the shots towards his legs would miss completely while the other was deflected by the lightsaber which was lowered in a circular motion to then quickly return up to his chest level once the shot was deflected. While still moving at high speed to his right, Vardon would be harder to hit, especially considering the fact that he wore no armour to hinder his movement, but he was by no means a small target and realized that something needed to be done. As the shots against his chest and sword arm went off, he ripped part of the handrail to the Sith's right off and flinged it at his right arm which was holding the blaster. It might be able to create a bruise or two, but more importantly, it would interrupt the last three shots, or at least make them inaccurate enough to miss the Padawan.

This wouldn't do. He couldn't keep being shot at all day. With that, he flung another piece of handrail against the Sith's right arm while approaching him quickly from the right. He tried to keep his distance this time and swung at his large foe's right hand from as far away as he could. The lightsaber would continue the swinging motion and return to Vardon in a defensive position unless prevented. The Padawan remained light on his feet, prepared to fall back again at any moment. Like last time, his free left arm was prepared to create a force barrier if needed. To maximize the distance between their center's of masses, Vardon had angled his body sideways to have his right side face the sith.

The jedi managed to dodge Mid's shots, much to the Sith's annoyance, and flung himself to the other side of the bridge to avoid getting hit. He tore a piece of the handrail off and flung it at the sith's pistol arm, interrupting the shot. He effortlessly blocked and sliced through the piece, but took the chance to holster the gun and place his right hand on the polearm as well, extending the blades enough to almost reach from one side of the bridge to the other. He spun it around rapidly, creating a wall of crimson plasma in front of him and slicing the second piece of handrail coming for him to shreds.

The Jedi approached rapidly and swung at his right hand, but Mid was on a course to intercept. He lunged forward, colliding his top blade with his opponent's once again and pushing it all the way down into the bridge's floor below them, opening up a nice clean path for his other blade to push forward towards his opponent's exposed head. Using his momentum and weight he stopped the jedi's approach dead in his tracks as well as providing more speed for his blade to move with while the top one occupied his opponent's blade and kept it planted in the ground.

The imposing Sith holding a weapon covering the with of the bridge was intimidating to say the least. "The light shall see me through. The light shall see me through and the darkness will be extinguished by the light" he murmured to himself, almost as if praying. Not rushing forth like a blind mynock, Vardon managed to take his sideways position and keep the distance he wanted as their blades locked.

There was no real question about who of the two men were the strongest and with the Pureblood holding his weapon with both arms compared to the one arm Vardon used, it soon became abundantly clear that he would be over powered. The locked blades journey from the top to the bridge floor was a quick one as the blue and red lights clashed violently against each other. Sparks flew as the two blades connected with the bridge floor but instead of letting himself and the lightsaber get locked by the Sith's pinning move, the Padawan extinguished his blade and used the momentum of the quick journey to the floor to turn around 90 degrees with his back facing the Sith. Much thanks to the distance between them and the momentum which his foe had provided, the Thyferran managed to run away from the second blade which was heading towards him.

Quickly turning around, he noted how the Sith's bottom blade was still in its swing whilst the top blade was still by the bridge floor. With that, the Padawan turned back the same 90 degrees which he had turned previously to strike the Sith's blade, giving it an additional boost which could mean that the top blade risked cutting the Sith himself. The strike wouldn't result in a blade lock, however, as the young man knew that he'd have to stay mobile against this foe. Still, Vardon continued the assault and ripped off another piece of the handrail which he tossed at the back of his opponents head, using the force.

Mid was surprised by the foe extinguishing his lightsabre. Surprised and quite impressed as well. But instead of using that chance to deliver a crucial blow or attempting to disarm the Pureblood, the Jedi simply turned his back and attempted to run out of the way. Capitalizing on the fatal flaw, Mid pulled repositioned his weapon and extended both his top blade and the hilt to their full length, covering a 4 metre distance much quicker than what the Jedi could run.

The tip of the blade was aimed right at where his opponent's gut would be and if he didn't react quickly enough or stop his advances, things would get rather problematic for him. While his right hand guided the massive weapon to his opponent's exposed back, his left hand let go to allow the sith more room to thrust with as well as grip his second lightsabre as well, ready to block any incoming attacks in case the jedi managed to dodge his weapon.

When Vardon had just turned away, he heard the two other blades extinguish too. Throwing a glance behind him, the Padawan noted how his foe was turning the polearm towards him as he was leaping away from the expected slash. The young man gritted his teeth as he desperately flung himself forwards and turned to land on his back, perhaps 3-4 meters away from the Sith, well within the reach of the extended weapon. Unless Mid redirected the polearm towards his new, much lower position, Vardon would simply ignite his own saber and wait until his opponents blade flew past to cut off the long hilt. If the Pureblood redirected the blade towards him, Vardon would ignite his own blade and just barely manage to do it in time to redirect the polearm upwards to where his gut would previously have been when he was running. Redirecting the blade wasn't too hard in itself as the Sith had to hold it with a single arm whilst the distance between them was relatively large compared to how close it was to Vardon who didn't have such a long handle to contend with.

Having a massive almost two meter tall opponent with an equally imposing weapon hover closely above one's face while lying on the floor was truly the stuff of nightmares. Despite his fear, Vardon mustered a push against the Sith, using the force - it wasn't enough to send the large figure in heavy armour flying, but it was certainly enough to stagger him push him back a few steps which gave the padawan time to crawl backwards until he finally rose to his feet. There would once again be a longer distance between them.

Not wanting his opponent to get the chance to use his blaster again, Vardon used the force to throw a piece of handrail at his opponent from the left aimed towards his head, and then another one from the left aimed towards his foot. Finally, he flinged the knife attached to his left hand side and used the force to guide it to the neck of his opponent, hoping that the series of attacks would throw him off balance and let the knife hit home. Defending himself with the huge weapon in hand could prove difficult for the Sith since the weapon was much taller than the man himself. Meanwhile, the Thyferran raised his own blade defensively and positioned himself sideways so that his right saber arm would face the foe - he was ready to face another attack if the Sith could brave the recent onslaught. Vardon slowly walked towards the edge of the bridge with his stomach facing the handrail, having almost the same position he had when they begun, only a little closer to the building he exited from.

Feeling the fear coming off the Jedi brought a smile to the Sith's face. But it was sort lived when the Jedi's blade swung up to slice through his polearm. He quickly collapsed the hilt and retracted the blades again to prevent him from destroying part of his weapon. His second lightsabre ignited in his left hand with both the blade and crossguards humming to life and shining a deep crimson.

Before mid had a chance to move, however, he was knocked back several feet as the Jedi on the floor released a powerful force push. The push threw him off balance, which caused him to have little time to react to the incoming objects. His left blade sliced through the rail coming at him, but he was too slow to react to the knife. Thankfully, his movement altered the knife's landing point from his exposed neck to his duraplast-plated face. The knife hit him and pierced right over his left cheek, breaking the skin and causing the wound to bleed lightly.

Mid recovered from the recoil with a low growl that escalated to a hearty, cold laugh. "Is that all you got, little Jedi?" he asked the man as the knife sat stuck in his helmet, creating a rather disturbing sight. Using the force he pulled the knife out of his helmet and hurled it back towards his opponent's chest. "You think you're a match against the power of the Dark Side?!" he roared, holding up both blades in front of him and slowly advancing forward towards the Jedi, ready for any other tricks he might have.

A sharp hum, followed by the sound of the two side-blades hissing to life. Fortunately, the push managed to create some distance between them just in time. "Another blade?? How many does the guy have? I can see five deadly lasers in front of me now!" he thought while steeling himself for when the Sith would arrive. Vardon threw a quick glance behind him and saw how some incredibly scared worker locked the transparent door behind him. He wouldn't be escaping that way and going through the Sith didn't seem like something which would happen anytime soon.

The knife hit home, even landing to penetrate the Pureblood's mask. The Padawan exhaled in relief, the battle was over, the light had once again triumphed - or so he though. His opponent remained still for a moment until a low, menacing growl could be heard. The growl soon turned into a wicked laughter as Mid seemed unscathed by the attack, even laughing at Vardon's desperate attempt. The young man was scared to his core "What are you?" he exclaimed in frustration. Right before his knife was turned to be use against a weapon against him. Since he was prepared to defend against attacks, it was no wonder that the man succeeded in reaching out with his free left arm and managed to slow it down enough for him to smash down with his lightsaber and render the knife rather useless.

Vardon once again took his sideway position with his right facing the Sith, light enough on his feet to maneuver around should the need arise. The large being slowly closed the distance between them and there didn't seem to be much point to throwing more handrails at the man now that he had three blades to protect him and even proved that he could tank a knife to the face. A man with less zeal and conviction than the Thyferran would surely have given Mid a silent shake of the head, but Vardon spoke up after having recovered from the attack "The light takes many curious paths, and I am not one to question it. But nay: The light shall see me through and we will find the light in you, Sith!" he responded with an emboldened voice.

Just as he was talking, Vardon used to force to pull Mid's left-hand side blaster to himself and fired a couple of shots directed as the large Sith's chest whilst fully prepared to deflect any reflected bolts. As the Sith got close enough their blades to touch, Vardon tried the waters by poking at the top blade of the polearm while hoping that the imposing figure in front of him would slip up and let the bottom blade slash himself. After the poke, the Padawan took care to keep some distance between them, moving backwards in the same pace that Mid pushed forth.

"Haven't you been paying attention at all?" Mid said in an amused tone as he continued to close the distance. He wasn't surprised at all that the Jedi managed to block the knife. The jedi continued with his brainwashed nonsense. "How thick in the head are you?" he spoke up in an annoyed manner. The Jedi attempted to steal Mid's own pistol, but Mid intercepted it with his own blade and sliced through the gun, destroying it. When the Jedi swung at him to poke at his defences, Mid just took a small step back to allow the blade to pass him safely, while he dropped his polearm's angle slightly to dodge the incoming blade.

"I am war made flesh! I am the Dark Side incarnate! I'm the one who will tear your beating heart from your chest and I'm the one who will show you how worthless your 'light' truly is!" Mid roared, lunging forward, swinging his polearm's top blade(while the lower blade extinguished) at his opponent's head while his crossguard lightsabre was swung at his opponent's midsection. With both blades coming at him in full force, while also in a comfortable position to block as well, the Jedi is going to have a hard time blocking both strikes.

Vardon felt a kind of peace set upon him as he heard the Sith's annoyed voice. The light was indeed working in curious ways and seemed to have left the foe frustrated and annoyed. A perfect mood in which to make mistakes. The Padawan was a little disappointed that his foe slashed his own blaster to pieces but it was of little importance as he doubted that the shots would've done much against his heavily armoured opponent with a swarm of blades around him.

Mid kept walking forth, seemingly easily avoiding the young man's poke and then just kept advancing whilst Vardon was backing away at an equal pace. It felt sudden as the Sith suddenly roared loudly while also making a sudden lunge forth towards Vardon who responded by increasing the speed at which he backed away. The Thyferran barely managed to avoid the blade aimed for his head by leaning his upper body backwards. He could clearly hear the hum of the polearm rather loudly as the blade swooshed right past his face. At the same time, he met the Pureblood's lightsaber with his own creating another violent clash of the sabers. He could feel how his strength wasn't enough to hold back his foe's saber for long, but at least he managed to withdraw his midsection from the danger of getting sliced in half before releasing the lock.

The lightsider kept backing away while staying light on his feet, saber arm extended towards the Sith as the imposing being's attack had just been thwarted. With that, Vardon wanted to pull the Sith's other blaster to him and fire a couple of shots at the original owner. This could however easily be prevented by the inevitable assault that his opponent was no doubt preparing to do.

After defending himself from another couple of strikes, Vardon would either shoot a couple of shots at mid or use the force to push him back in case he didn't manage to get his hands on the blaster. The Padawan was backed in a corner, and with nowhere else to run, he'd jump down from the bridge and brave the steep fall to land on the lower bridge by the street. The landing was quite smooth as he eased the fall with the force managed to land in a kneeled position which transformed into a roll forwards. Just as he had extinguished his blade right before jumping, Vardon would quickly bring it back alive as he got to an upright position, causing the civilians to clear the bridge in a hurry.

The Padawan looked up at Mid defiantly, almost as if daring him to follow. He was hoping that the fall would hurt the large and heavily armoured menace.

The Jedi barely managed to dodge his one attack and block his other. Once again he attempted to steal his pistol and once again Mid destroyed his own gun. The Jedi released another force push but Mid regained his footing almost immediately after stumbling back a foot or two.

The Jedi jumped over the rail and landed quite elegantly on the bridge below them, scaring off a bunch of civilians as he ignited his blade and stared back at the Pureblood. With a grunt Mid threw himself over the rail and used the force to slow his fall. He landed in a crouched position, his weight sending a light tremor through the bridge. Once again he and the Jedi were in a standoff, but he didn't give time to rest at all. He lunged at the Jedi once again, thrusting his crossguard lightsabre straight at his opponent's chest while the polearm was held up defensively, ready to swing at his opponent's head if he blocked the other blade and ready to extend if his opponent moved backwards.

Vardon smiled as he saw his dark foe follow him down to the second bridge "Come and embrace the light!" he screamed for the Sith had just begun falling. The padawan had no intentions on making the fall easy for Mid as he first tossed two pieces of handrail from the new bridge at his foe, and then his last knife just as the other was about to land - even if it wouldn't incapacitate his foe, Vardon hoped that it would injure him or at least get him off balance. Once the Sith had landed, he tossed another piece of handrail at him, just for good measure.

The newly arrived Sith made a threatening entry onto the second bridge, that was sure as he made the construction tremble upon landing. Vardon now held his lightsaber in front of him with both hands as he prepared for another attack, and he didn't have to wait long until it came, but this time in the form of a single blade lunged toward him while the polearm was held defensively. The Thyferran aggressively struck Mid's crossguarded lightsaber to Mid's left which pushed it away since the strength of Vardon's two hands should be superior to the Pureblood's strength in his left arm while lunging. With his blade already at chest height, the Padawan kept pushing and struck against his foe's defensively held polearm's blade forcing the Sith to react or risk being overpowered by the young man's sudden and aggressive two-handed attack.

"Surrender, Sith" he hissed through gritted teeth whilst starting the the second attack against the polearm and pushing on the Sith's blade. This truly seemed like a battle between good and evil as Vardon, all clad in white colours stared at the anonymous and damaged mask adorning a large and imposing figure in the black cloak. Their blades hummed intensely as the blue and red coloured blades drowned them both in their hues.

The knife and handrails came at him as he fell, though at this height he had more than enough time to slice the rails and block the knife effortlessly before he landed, deflecting the last handrail coming at him.

When blocking a thrust, the parries and blocks were pretty straightforward and predictable. The Jedi swung with both hands to push his blade out of the way and attempt to push his polearm's blade back at him...but Mid wouldn't allow that. Right before his crimson blade was blocked by the Jedi's blue blade, Mid killed his lightsabre and ignited it again, putting his blade on top of his opponent's and using the momentum to drive it into the ground and hold it there. As that happened Mid swung his polearm's blade in a vertical strike towards the opponent's head. With the Jedi's blade occupied and once again in the ground, defending against the attack in time would prove interesting for the Pureblood.

Unlike his opponent, Mid barely used the force at all and so his reserves were still pretty full. The anger he was feeling towards the Jedi would fuel him and allow him to bolster his strength to keep his opponent's blade down and bolster his speed to bring his blade down towards his opponent's head quicker than usual.
