Wow... It's been far too long since I set eyes on this place. Like all things, it's changed. I've changed. You've all changed. Just a quick glance around, and I don't see many old faces. Perhaps they're there, changed along with the site, under new names. New avatars. Characters. New everything.

I'm not sure if I'll stay long, or if I'll stay at all. But, an overwhelming sense of nostalgia came over me recently, and I decided to check in. Most of you may not know me. I'm almost sure I don't know any of you. Some might remember me. Others not. But, for the sake of civility and to lessen the confusion, allow me to introduce myself. I shouted 'who killed the Kennedys?' when after all it was you and me. Wait, that's just a song! Heh... I've gone by a lot of names here. AJ. Bo. Aaron. Recently, I've been calling myself Epic on other sites like The Spoony Experiment and a few Heroes RPGs (Don't worry, I'm not trying to affiliate, Brendon). You guys can call me whatever you want, but 'Bo' is possibly the one with the most nostalgia attached to it.

Why post this message? Well, as the title suggests, this is a thank you. To everyone here. To everyone who was here and isn't, to everyone who is here and never knew me. To this site's community. To this site in general. If it hadn't been for you guys, I wouldn't be who I am today. It's on this site that I learned how to write to the best of my ability. It's on this site where I created some of my favorite stories and characters to date. It's this site and the people I interacted with like Adena, Jetzt, Matt, Brendon, Damien, and Sin that helped me get views on different writing styles and different points of view. My tastes have changed and my genres have switched from the Science Fantasy of Star Wars to the Sci-Fy of Superheroes, but those lessons and those memories still ring true to this day.

So, thank you. All of you. Whether you knew me or not. I remember you fondly. And the people I don't know? Stick around. Enjoy it. This place is... wonderful. It can help you do wonderful things.

Trust me, focus on writing the characters you enjoy. Tell stories. Talk to people and plot out character concepts and storyline ideas. This place has always had fun people. Good writers, Good characters, and even better stories. If I can make a memorable and heroic character who's main trait was "I fix things!", then you can do even better.
