Mos Eisley, it was once one of the most famous settlements in in the galaxy, but unfortunately nothing in this galaxy has ever stayed the same. The scale of powers has always shifted and that clearly had an effect on everything in the galaxy. One day the Galactic Republic was in power and the other day it was the Empire. The middle aged hired gun, Damian Keel did not real care. As a living being he realized that to thrive in this galaxy he needed to adapt to the changes and work for his own account. The middle aged man believed that ideals were not needed, and those who had dogmatic believes were only wasting their life not trying to enjoy simple things.
Damien knew that to survive and enjoy his life he needed money, and to do that he had to do a lot of unethical and run some dirty errands for some dirty people. Today, it seemed that he was able to make a good amount of money and it was about time to spend them on something useful. That useful thing for Damian was gambling and playing poker. This was clearly one of the reasons why at the end of the day he found himself sitting on a bar and gambling with different type of scum from all over the galaxy.
However the one eyed human was not the type of person who would rush into action. Which is why he was sitting silently and closely on the counter. With an Ale held with his right hand, a cigar inside his mouth, and a DL-44 blaster pistol strapped to his belt, Damian was ready for action. He also had a Vibroblade with him in case things got out of hands. After all, things usually got intense in the bar and some folks did respond badly to losing games, which was why the one eyed mercenary had to make sure that he was ready for any unwanted brawl.
Taking sips from his Ale Damien simply waited and watched as different types of races were engaged in gambling or drinking. Damien was also enjoying the smell of cheap Ale which his nose has gotten used to.
