The Void Serpents. What a pleasant name for the girl who loved snakes. Her name was Evelyn Tenebris and she was the heir to her family's clan. They called her the Eve of Darkness for she would bring them to a rise of true power. Much like her mother, she was trained in the Darker sides of the Force and raised as a warrior. Evelyn was a hunter, a killer, and above all merciless in battle. She shared honored when the time deserved it, but when her sharp teeth wished to find blood there was no saving her prey.

Although she was as ferocious as they come, Evelyn did not look the type. She was small, petite and young. Her emerald eyes shined like diamonds against her dark black hair. There was always a smile on the girl's face and boys all around her would fall for her charm. The only problem with her flirtatious nature was that most of the faction she'd joined up with was all women! How was Evelyn ever supposed to find her champion husband, someone she could allow to have her children with, if everyone she knew was female?!

Upon returning to Zakuul Evelyn would make for her private chambers. She had recently come back from Alderaan where she met with her sister, and partied far too hard. She never really was good at limiting herself when it came to booze. But her hangover had long since past and she was ready to get to work. She left the hanger and passed into the gardens where some of her friends and peers like to hang out. Evelyn had changed out of her flight suit and switched into more civilian clothes. Her outfit now was a simple black top and a pair of blue jeans that naturally curved to get legs in just the right places.

Amelia sat on a branch in the biggest tree within the gardens, it was her usual place when she wasn't with her fiance, Apophe. Unfortunately, Apophe wasn't exactly the right size to be climbing in trees. This was her favourite spot within the castle walls, it reminded her of home, and how much better she was at climbing trees than her sisters.

She was wearing her usual attire, a pair of black jeans, a gray tank-top, and her leather jacket. As always, her sword was strapped to her waist, while a knife moved swiftly in her right hand to carve the block of wood in her left. This was one of the many ways that she dealt with her ADHD. If one were to look into her personal quarter on her ship, the shelves were littered with small carvings everywhere. Unfortuntely, this activity had a downside to those who walked below her, as their hair became the resting place of the shavings coming from her carving.

Evelyn was in her own little world as she walked through the gardens. She thought about her missions, her sister, her home. She missed her mother; it had been ages since she last saw her. Her father had passed away when they were far younger, but she never felt like she was missing a parent. Her mother had actually married another woman and only had Evelyn as a contract between their clans. It didn't stop her from loving either of them, she just wasn't as close to her Pai, Father, as she was to her mother. He was merely the chief of their clan...he always had been.

As she walked by she felt a few of the wood chippings fall into her hair. After a few steps she would stop and look up in confusion. She brushed the wood out of her hair and looked up to see Amelia. "Hey!" she shouted trying to get her attention. "Watch what you're doing." She wasn't annoyed by any means, but she wasn't too friendly about it either.

Amelia looked down with a seemingly indifferent expression on her face. She rolled her eyes and hopped down from her branch, landing in front of Evelyn. She looked her over and shrugged, "You should've been paying attention. If you had been, you would have seen the pile of shavings on the ground, and the rain of them coming from the tree. It's not my fault that you weren't paying attention."

Amelia walked away, looking over her shoulder, she said, "I thought that the tenebris clan were supposed to be these unparalleled hunters, and were supposed to know every thing that goes on around them. Your father would horribly disappointed."

She would try to retort with some kind of comeback but it wasn't really all that thought out, "Well sometimes I don't feel like paying attention."

"I thought that the tenebris clan were supposed to be these unparalleled hunters, and were supposed to know every thing that goes on around them. Your father would horribly disappointed."

"What did you say!" Evelyn growled. She reached behind her and pulled out one of her spinning disks. It began to rotate in her hand as she stroked the dull edge with her thumb. "How dare you insult my father, and my clan. Take it back, this instant."

"What did you say! How dare you insult my father, and my clan. Take it back, this instant."

"I wasn't insulting your father, or your clan. I was insulting you." She looked down at the spinning disc in Evelyn's hand, she already found several ways to take it down with ease. Amelia looked back up to Evelyn. "If you knew who I was, you'd put that weapon away. I have been an ally of your clan for over half a century. Actually you probably don't know who I am. They didn't really like to associate with pirates back then, so I think that records of me are fairly scarce. But I would still advise you to put that weapon away."

Her words would only make the half-Nohgri woman even angrier and she raised her disk upwards now pointing it at Amelia. Her teeth bared and she showed off her fangs. Evelyn wasn't about to take this sort of disrespect from some nobody. "Then I'll make you eat those words..."

"I don't care if you were my sister. Nobody talks to me that way. Maybe you think you can talk this way because you're engaged to Apophe? Or maybe it's because you
don't know who I am? I am the Grand Master of the Order of the Outsider. I control the entire army orbiting this pathetic rock and I can have thirty men here in the blink of an eye to arrest you for such talk. We'll see how many allies you have when I toss your ass in prison for treason. How's that sound?" It wasn't like Evelyn to call upon threats especially by bringing in someone else to a fight. The Tenebris clan took pride in fighting their own battles. Maybe she just felt like showing off a little to this pretty little blond thing.
