The woman dug into her robes to produce what seemed to be a data pad. She slid it and a stylus across the meeting chamber's table to the larger Sarkan. In an attempt to keep things diplomatic and simple, the letters were large and bold in font. Another potential reason was for the sake of the elderly woman's eyesight, but the chances of that were unlikely.

"Simple protocol. Sign your name in Galactic Basic on every third page, except between pages thirty and forty, in which case you'll need to sign every few paragraphs or so,"

Sarko took the datapad and stylus and began signing, reading each page carefully. It took him a total of five hours to finish the document and when he sat back, handing over the datapad he wondered if he had done the right thing.

The old woman took the datapad. The man was definitely careful, having read all of it. Shame, though. She hadn't added anything to trick him, or trip up the Sarkan population. It was actually a nice deal, should anyone observe it. And now, Sarka actually stood a chance, should war approach their sector.

"Very good," Grethallion simply commented, reaching for the datapad as she gathered her things.

"I trust we'll keep in touch,"

The woman then proceeded to exit.
