Tatooine was a dusty place. This was really no great secret to anyone in the galaxy. But during the cool nights, where the changing air temperature kicked up some nasty breezes, which in turn kicked up some nasty dust clouds, it became all too apparent. It was on a dusty, moonlit evening such as this, that a lonely cantina on the edge of Mos Eisley space port found itself host to a somewhat random woman who seemed slightly out of place there. Out of place was an expression that should have been used rather lightly given the crowd making up the cantina's patronage. Pretty much everyone save for a few local moisture farmers looked out of place in that space. That was the thing about spacers though, they didn't stay in any one place long, so they didn't keep up with fashion trends or regional dialogues. Also, they originated from all over, so they came in all shapes and sizes as well. But in this particular circumstance, the woman in question looked out of place because she wasn't getting plaster-faced drunk like most of the pilots in the place. That's what most pilots did in places such as this, whether they were coming off a job or killing time until they found their next one. But not this silver-haired beauty. She simply sat at a private table with a window looking out at a building with a large landing strip next to it that happened to sit next door. The lonely-looking drink sitting in front of the woman was barely touched, as all she seemed to do was stare out the window at the mystery building.
The woman, was Howl, and she was here to meet someone. Someone and their friends, that is. At least that's what she hoped for. If the guy came alone, that would really make the entire situation pretty pointless. She had heard good things about the guy, and she figured this type of job would be the perfect easy gig for him. Howl really needed manpower for this. Looking down at her wrist-mounted data pad to check the time, Howl glanced up towards the door, careful not to make eye contact with any of the numerous drunk aliens who frequented this place. He should be arriving soon. She hoped he didn't make her wait too long.
