- What is going to happen in your plot?
In this tech plot, Vala is seeking to obtain a new ship. As a Mandalorian pilot, Vala seeks to support the Mando’ade war effort by providing transportation to hot zones across the galaxy as needed. However, her Overhead-class freighter is not going to get the job done. Still favoring the Overhead overall, she wishes to acquire one of the modified versions often encountered in pirate-plagued space lanes.
As such, Vala will be working to acquire the Overhead Class Combat freighter.
Vala and her companions are in Nar Shaddaa and begin discussing the pirate attacks assaulting Mandalorian supply lines. It is also rumored that a Sith known as the “Reaper” has been orchestrating many of these attacks. They decide to find out more and try to take down his operation.
They find he is on Ord Mantell, away from the reinforcements of his cadre of pirates and track him down there. A pursuit/space battle ensues and it leads to Vala and her team pursuing him into space and he lands on the moon, Quantxi. They face the “Reaper” and his allies, hopefully defeated him with Vala acquiring his ship.

THREAD 1 (Dice Thread): BOOTY CALL
Vala and her team are on Nar Shaddaa and discuss the pirate attacks on Mandalorian supply lines by the Reaper. They decide to track him down where he is mostly alone. They discover he frequents a brothel on Ord Mantell and travel there to see if they can catch him. They find him and pursue him, but he escapes taking off in his Pirate Overhead.
THREAD 2 (Dice Thread): RUSH HOUR TRAFFIC
Vala and her allies pursue the Reaper out of the spaceport and pursue him through the busy space lanes of Ord Mantell merchant traffic, having to pursue him in his Pirate Overhead ship, weaving in and out of civilian traffic. The Reaper has his hyperdrive disabled, so he tries to hide on a nearby moon. He leads Vala and her team to the junk moon of Quantxi. Some pirate ship reinforcements help the Reaper with his escape and space battle ensues.
THREAD 3 (Dice Thread): JUNK YARD DOGS
The Reaper hides his ship on Quantxi. Vala and her team finally find the location of his ship and land to pursue him. The Reaper and his pirate allies face off against Vala and her team in a final battle. If successful defeating the Reaper, Vala will take the man’s ship: a Pirate Overhead.
- What do you or your character hope to achieve with this plot? What is the "end-game"?
My character wishes to acquire an Overhead Class Combat freighter as a ship she will continue to upgrade throughout the chronicle. This ship will be used to support Mandalorian missions with Vala as the pilot.
- Do you need any involvement of canon NPCs or faction leaders to be DMed by a staff member? If so, please detail who/what and for what purpose.
We should be able to handle the story pieces and opposition of this plot with dice rolls in all three threads.
