Nathan did his best not to appear thrown by Atuu's remarks. It seemed Maryenne was already in touch with the three, how had he missed that?! Nonetheless, it would only help. He could settle who he liked on the land she had ceded, but he had expected some unease from her at a fledgling Mandalorian presence. If they were already acquainted, perhaps she would not even raise an eyebrow.
He turned his attention to Xim Zhan. "Publicly, you will own the droid plant" he confirmed "no one will think it strange for Mandalorians to seize such an asset from mere mercenaries. In due course, staff will arrive to run it. You three will know these staff are my men, but that fact is to go no further". He eyed all three of them in turn. "Publicly yours, privately the droids it produces are mine". That was the whole point of the endeavor for the Senator.
"Given your public control, I can hardly deny you a production run now and then" he conceded, turning to Virgo "so I will amend our deal to include your comrade Zhan's proposal". He stood, buttoning his jacket. "What I will not do, is grant a blank cheque madam. A favour without definition is too broad. But in addition to a periodic droid run, I will agree to look favorably on anything the Watch might need from the Senate". It was more than fair.
"You will find the plant on one of the second moon of Ciutric, galactic sector N-5". He noticed he had a thimble of drink left and reached down to drain his glass. "Inform Stamper when you can be ready and I will rendeavous with you there in orbit".
He had a sense they had a deal and was not going to embarass himself by appearing desperate. With a nod and a smile, he turned to leave.
