I'll be keeping some of it and adjusting it to fit the rules that have changed, but most of it (and the entire gentech board) are going to be archived.

I certainly wouldn't call it radical. Everything we know about the Star wars universe shows us that it is largely innovatively stagnant for thousands of years at a time. That said, we always release a batch of baseline tech for people to start the timeline off with. Some of that will be brand new items we're working up, and some of it will be slightly updated items from this timeline.
