It was quiet, very quiet, as was to be expected in the cavernous training room in the Great Jedi Temple on Ossus. A slight disturbance, such as a small pebble moving or a subtle chanege in the air current in the room, could be heard by it's sole occupant. A young Jedi by the name of Avero Nevari, who, upon being accepted by another Jedi for training, was told to wait in the room, and if he arrived early, to meditate and center himself. And so he did. He had been in this room for over six hours now. Avero had woken early, due to a nightmare. He had dressed with the nightmare still fresh in his mind, and as he clipped his lightsaber to his belt, a gruesome image flashed into his mind, the image of his mother's death. He had walked to the training room with his mind troubled, but thanks to the time he had available to him, meditated and let the nightmare, and the image, drift from his conscious mind, and was now fully in tune with the force. He could feel the life around him, see movements that no one could see normally, and most importantly, Avero felt a sense of peace.
