A Maybe Absence Notice

Hello!


My gosh, only a few weeks on here and already I am having to do one of these. Hopefully it will be needless but I want to be safe.


I will be making a long 7-day trip across the US staring this upcoming Saturday. I am moving from Seattle, Washington to the much sunnier venue of Charleston, South Carolina!!

That being said, today the moving company that is driving our belongings to the new house are coming to pack everything we are keeping away. This might mean that until I reach my hotel in California (our first stop and the first place I have access to delicious, free wi-fi) I won't be able to get on the internet.

There's a chance our cable box is going to stay firmly plugged into the wall for the time being, but I wanted to give everyone I have a thread with a heads up that I may be gone for the next few days.

I'll be posting in the threads I am involved in today, maybe more than once if anyone I am RPing with gets to a response in time. But after that I can make no promises. I WILL have my phone, so it will be possible for me to check PMs and VMs and such nonsense, but I flat out refuse to post from a phone.

That being said, I really hope I don't lose my internet tonight and have a day more to post before the big move! Sorry for the delay to anyone who was kind enough to RP with me. Hopefully, I'll be back in action by Saturday night!

I did a move similar when I was younger! I went from California to North Carolina. The trip isn't so bad, don't worry!

Good luck with your moving proccess and hopefully there wont be any problems. I remember one time I was moving and i slit my lip open trying to load the truck! XD

Yikes! No major injuries yet! It'll just take a week for us to get across the US! But Wifi all the way so it'll mostly be a two day absence :3

When I moved more Virginia to Indiana we had to put a bunch of stuff in storage, one of the boxes I picked up had a black widow on it, now I don't particularly mind spiders unlike so many people I like knowing there are a few to kill flies and whatnot, but I freaked out. I knew what black widow's looked like but I wasn't the one to see it a friend of mind that was helping us move saw it and screamed "Deadly, on your hand!" it was funny later lol.​

OK! Ya'll might have noticed that my posting frequency has been down as of late, forgive me for that. A lot of my day-to-day endeavors have gone to job hunting, writing resumes and emptying the vast quantity of boxes in my new house.


I will try my hardest to post at least once a week, but it may be slow going as I don't want to burn out completely and I have quite a few threads going. Sorry to everyone who I am RPing with! I will get to those threads ASAP!

Hello everyone! Me again!

As you all may know I have been lowering my posting rate due to RL things taking priority, well the other day some very grave news about a family member of mine was brought to my attention. I need to take time to support my mother and family for awhile and may take a bit more than a week to post until things are resolved or conclude.

I am sorry to everyone I owe a post to and thank you so much for your indulgence and patience. I WILL be back! Until then, you all just keep being beautiful~

Hey guys! Man! I am SO sorry. It may have seemed like I wasn't coming back but I think about this place all the time. I beg the forgiveness of the people I was RPing with and I really hope that if possible, we can start up what we had going again.

My grandpa is undergoing treatment for his cancer and prospects look amazingly good. My new job is going well but it's an eleven hour a day commitment that has me drained quit a bit. I guess if anyone is still interested in continuing our RPs just let me know~
