(OOC- This thread is open to any thieves, workers of the underbelly, or just those who want to have a fun time heisting)

A week after the open mic, Ro'vana had been having a relaxing time off in her upstairs flat... Until a message popped up on her datapad.

>There's a new "memorial" opening up. Looks to be a museum full of stuff from the Jedi VS Sith conflict a while back on here.
>So? What does this have to do with me?
>They need entertainment. I need a prize.

Ro'vana tore away from the screen, glancing around her room. Surrounding her, there were oddities, nick-nacks, taxidermied bugs, crystals- You name it. If it's even slightly weird, she's got it. Usually from auctions (where she would send a worker in her place), or from her supplier. The man messaging her right now.

She didn't know a ton about him. He lived a normal life working on the upper levels in some kind of business while leading a double life of smuggling and crime. He had money and he had ways to get places. And, most importantly, ways to make people not talk. Ro'vana met him on a whim, crossing paths with him after winning some painted skulls at an auction.
"Do me a favor, and I'll get you something better." He said, walking swiftly past after giving Ro'vana his contact info.

"I don't have time to think on the past," Ro'vana thought, pacing in her living room, "I don't want to get involved in crime!" She knew why he contacted her. A distraction. That's all he saw Ro'vana as. Sure, she'd get something in return, but would it be worth it?

*PING*
>They've got a Mephite Crystal.

Ro'vana turned to her shelf beside the lounge chair she just sat in. Front and center, right in her line of sight, there sat her favorite display- Kyber Crystals. Of the 23 currently identified, she is only missing one. They sat in a plush, velvet display, waiting for the final piece to the puzzle. "It was hard to get all of them," Ro'vana remembered, "especially since some had to be smuggled out of Jedi and Sith possession."

>What do you want.

>Sing something at the opening, and the crystal's as good as yours, dear.
>Okay, I get that. I'm a distraction, whatever. But how am I going to know what is going on if I'm just singing?
>I'm glad you asked, Ro'vana.

Ro'vana heard a knock at the cabaret door. "This place is closed, people should know that." She said with a huff, peeking down the spiral stairs to see what was happening.

*PING*
"Great," She said, distracting herself from her goal once more, "another message."

>Since you run a business, a group of people gathering won't be too suspicious. You can read off the details to them as I send them. Have fun!

"You're joking."
There was another knock on the cabaret door, this time louder. Apparently, he wasn't joking.

Breathing in the last breath, Daria knocked on the door. Shifting uneasily from foot to foot, she looked around as she stood before the door. Having been caught red-handed, or rather, with a hand full of wallets during her last visit to the Cabaret, the young thief had not thought she'd be here again so soon. True enough, the owner had proven quite accommodating, and she had been allowed to leave with a handsome sum, but the whole affair had injured her pride. Moreover, one did not return to the scene. That was a bad habit.

She had little choice, however. The reason for her being here was a man she did not even know by name. What she did know, was that she would be pulling a lot of jobs for him before she had cleared her debts to him though. And as long as she wanted to stay alive enough to work for him, she would have to do just that.

At the moment, however, this was not the only reason she was here, in front of the door, that was. Looking around, watching other people in the nearby busy street, she knocked again. This time, harder. Hopefully this time she would be heard.
