The vigilante would listen to the Sith as he spoke his peace. It was a strange proposition, one that raised many questions in a man as suspicious as Konor. Why would this man strike a deal with 'vigilante scum' as he mentioned before? It didn't make much sense. The intel about the prisoners of war was probably a trap, but he could do some research later to determine whether that intel was good or not later.

Mynock Man would catch the security spike as it came to him, and would quickly begin inspecting the device. It didn't look to be an explosive. Maybe there was actually some semblance of truth to all this. Sith did have a history of warring with each other after all. It was what made them weak in the end.

As Severus offered his bow, Konor would do the same, and would then walk toward the man with an out stretched hand. He was ready to shake the Sith's hand, "It's not often I do something like this." he would pause for a moment to watch the sith's next move...

Severus shook the man's hand and remained where he stood. "It is the same for me." Severus explained blatantly. The Mynock Man could be a valuable ally to have in this great galaxy. Knowledge was power, and anyone that understood that knew that the only way to achieve certain knowledge was through force. If the vigilante could pull this stunt off and free a few of the prisoners on Taris, it would cause enough stress for Severus weaken the Warden over the planet further. The Acolyte always liked the idea of controlling an entire system.

"I left the Jedi because they held me back. However, if the occasion arises, I will not be joining the Jedi again. There are many leaders among the Empire that are not fit for their position, and with my help, we can give them a quick retirement." Severus implied. Maybe this Mandalorian who didn't kill wouldn't understand, but the only three things that kept the Empire in order were fear, respect, or honor. If Severus couldn't be respected, he would be feared instead, like the Mynock Man. "Before we part ways, I have to ask...Why are you fighting for such a planet? Why not Denon, Agamar, or Kashyyyk? Why waist your talents on this place? If I were you, I would target the Syndicates. While the galaxy is focused on the Sith and Jedi, the Syndicates run amuck."

Konor would listen to everything the strange sith said. It appeared he too found this whole thing to be a strange arrangement. It was then revealed that the man was once a jedi, a discouraging prospect for the vigilante to hear. The jedi were suppose to be pillars of light and hope in the galaxy. To see one fall so far was, discouraging to say the least.

After all they had been through tonight, the man didn't want to take this sith in anymore. The 'acolyte' had proven himself to be a real challenge, someone worthy of freedom. Though he seriously doubted the guy would leave the life of an imperial behind.

It was then that an interesting question would be posed. Why did he fight for Taris and not on the warfront? Why not go after the syndicates? These were good questions, but the man had a simple answer. "Taris is MY home. This world is MY city. I'm no fan of the syndicates, but they're no government. Syndicate business is already illegal, but Imperial tyranny is somehow ignored?"

It was then that the vigilante's true plan would be revealed. The hand which shook the Sith's would suddenly increase it's grip, causing his right wrist-mounted whipcord thrower to shoot out. The rope would attempt to swiftly ensnare the sith before he could reach for his lightsaber. Mynock Man's tone would quickly change, "As I said earlier. I don't make deals with Sith."

Following this attempt, he would raise his left arm up again. The man would begin attempting to deliver multiple electrified punches to the weakened spot of severus' armor. The caped crusader's arm was still bleeding, and he knew he couldn't fight much longer, he needed to get lucky with a surprise attack here. Konor knew it was dishonorable, but frankly he didn't care. He needed to send a message.

It appeared that the honorable caped crusader was nothing more than half the Sith this man swore vengeance against. The whipcord trick was successful, but Severus didn't need his lightsaber. The first electrifying punch to his chest reminded him of his gift with electricity as well. Because the Sith's hands were already bound and pointed towards the Mynock Man, all he had to do was unleash a volley of Force Lightning. Given the very short distance between the two, it would've been hard to evade.

"Pity, I was just beginning to like you." Severus muttered before pressing a button on his wrist comlink. It would send a signal to a small fireteam apart of the Imperial Defense Force to give the Sith some back up. With his chest injuries, he wasn't sure if he could continue to fight this vigilante for much longer, but by the looks of the Mynock Man, he probably couldn't either. With the Force, Severus was able to whip his lightsaber into his hands to free him from his binds.

"This isn't your city. It belongs to the Empire and it will remain that way until the Sith cease to exist. Sadly, you refuse to kill your enemies, so this planet's fate is sealed." Severus explained dryly. He had every right to be irritated with the Mynock Man. This rebelling man was troublesome. "However, peace is still on the table. Reinforcements will be arriving shortly. So, your options are limited. Continue fighting and die a hero, or flee and become a coward."

As the man's first struck the Sith, the powerful return current of lightning would send the vigilante flying back one last time. This time, he would be sent tumbling to his side, barely able to get back up this go-round. The fight had gone on for far too long, and it was time to get out of there.

Based on the words of the Sith, he had friends coming. Strangely enough, the sith somehow knew Konor refused to kill his opponents. Had he made it that obvious? The Vibro-repulsors weren't exactly non-lethal. The soft rain the the area would become stronger as the sith spoke. "I will never flee my home."

Mynock Man would reach for his utility belt one last time, grabbing hold of his grappling gun. he would then turn his back to the sith, before jumping away with his jumpboots, and then firing a line with his grappling gun. His body would disappear into the night as a result of his shatterweave armor, and there would soon be silence in the alley. He was battered and inured by the fighting, but at least he had a meal waiting at home.

Severus extinguished his hissing lightsaber, due to the rain. The reinforcements had arrived shortly after the Mynock Man had escaped. "Are you alright, sir?" Asked one of the soldiers as the other three scouted the perimeter. Part of Severus was upset that the vigilante had slipped away from his grasp, but he was also relieved that fight had finally ended.

"I will need some time to heal and rest, but I will be fine." Severus said, handing the grunt the vibro blade that had punctured his chest plate. "Take this to the ISB and tell them draw any information they can on the manufacturer. If they can't have them send it to me so I can do it myself." Though the Sith was technically an Acolyte, he still barely outranked these men. "Yes, sir. Fireteam! Move out!" And the four soldiers left to follow through with the orders, leaving Severus in the rain.

If Severus couldn't take Taris, then he knew a group of violent people that shared the Mynock Man's iconic helm, that would love nothing more than find this imposter and teach him a lesson. There was a particular splinter group of terrorists that had spiked Severus' interest.
Maybe they could do a better job than he could.

Fairwell, Mynock Man. Your demise will be heavily anticipated.
