Trailer

I was a big fan of 28 Days later and this looks pretty amazing.

Always loved a good zombie film and i liked the fact that 28 days later focused more on the actual escaping and survival stuff rather than holding up in a mall, and i realy loved the fact that the zombies could run.

This looks just as good as the first and on a much larger scale than the first too with an entire population on the run rather than a small group of survivors, heres hoping to it being a great hit!

Oh and when you think about it bac there not zombies.

The 'infection' in the film is from a disease called Rage (amazingly origonal) And in effect its alot like rabies only quite a bit worse. A single drop of rage infected blood takes over the whole body in a matter of seconds (20 seconds i think but not sure) The host does not actualy die then come back to life they merely become total crazed to the point of being a zombie like entity. and instead of having to remove the head or destroy the brain stuff im pretty sure theyd die in any cases a normal human would but what makes them different is that there so crazed is that they no longer feel pain, this gives them super strengh and stamina because think about it when you run too much you start to hurt which causes you to stop, if you didnt feel this you could run forever right? They do get the zombie mindset which is basicaly need to eat yum yum people meat.

There ya go =D

Drago's correct. They are so deranged that they don't eat, or sleep, they become incredibly violent, and attack whoever they see. In a few weeks, they all die out. Thus, the recolinizing of Britian, which I believe to be the back drop for this movie.

Haven't seen the original, but would like to.

Youd need to see the origonal to understand the music choice, 28 was never a total horror omg what was that in the background type of film, it was a film about survival against something totaly horrific, so with that in mind the music at the end fits well because it is fast paced and pretty dramatic in a way. The start music is just there to lure you into a false sence of security which goes with the start anyway because its meant to look secure because there repopulating.

Looks crap.

Looks like it has got the hollywood treatment.

The first film was gritty and felt realistic....As realistic as a zombie movie can.
