Like Insanity said The Exchange has low member activity. Which is entirely my fault. I opted for quantity and went to big but I've been working on it. As Insanity would also be able to tell you recruitment through role-play is a difficult thing to do especially if there are a lot of people involved.
I still believe the Exchange is the best non force-sensitive indie faction this site has to date and will be willing to prove that in time.
Got the PM? I'll be talking to Triminac about management.
:p The Exchange write-up was good but too many low-activity people in it, and I had the Black Sun already being worked on. I dunno, I made my first character, Vaerin, with a goal to, and I quote, 'have an impact on the actual story', end quote. So, the Black Sun is one of my ideas to do that. I mean, an Indie faction that's aiming to salvage the galaxy and keep everything from falling apart like things do in most intergalactic wars.
But it's a faction I designed to be made by players, for players. :( And people just aren't that interested because I haven't gotten anything they think is interesting to do. v.v I'm working on missions though! .... v.v
And.. getting called to dinner. So end of rant/whining. <.< >.>
Yup. Reason I got reeled in with Vaerin is because it makes sense for my indie faction to make connections. Given I'm the most active of said faction ( :CCry2 ), I'm trying to get those connections and possible allied missions and contracts, thus netting more players into wanting to join the new Black Sun.
And that aside, I always wanted to break into a military base in an RP. Also, impact on main story = must do.
