Actually, just to prepare you, I guess there is a tiny bit of pre-plot. Xaliv sent a message to Akiva telling him to meet him in the lounge of the Light of the Force.
I just realized something. I'm assuming that the age you have Akiva at is the age you want him to be when the time-skip happens, so you should make him at least 25, reason being that he would have otherwise been twelve at Coruscant.
I just went over some things about the special Jedi classes. The answer is: No, you do not. My first Jedi character became a sentinel after he became a Knight and his master would technically have been a Consular.
I would be honored to have my character train yours. Plus, he is a guardian, so that makes things easier.
Okay. I think you're right though. Consider that Obi-Wan was probably a jedi guardian and I would imagine that Qui Gon was a jedi consular. I think it works but I'll PM just to be sure. If so, I would be honored for you to be my master. Wait. That came out wrong.:CAbove Read my profile though. My background has me having some padawan training with a previous master who in my backstory was killed in the Battle of Coruscant. Also, having spent his entire life at the jedi temple, my character finds it disheartening about what has happened to the Jedi Temple and what happened with the Jedi post-battle.
No, I don't think so. GABA would be better to ask about that sort of thing. I think it doesn't matter until you reach Knight. Once a Jedi becomes a Knight he chooses what path he is to follow.
