It's an IC statement/opinion. Ral can say and do whatever he wants and thinks, one person's opinion doesn't make something a fact and vice versa. If Ral thinks he's rallied most of the clans then that is his prerogative to say and believe.

Honestly, you took my character's statement as an OOC fact. Which you shouldn't have done. If you have a problem with the OOC stuff Sisk thinks or says, things he claims to have discussed with Bac, that's something you should discuss with him since I can only relay partial information second hand. And I'll see about adding you when I get on Skype next.

See, you're not on Skype with us so you've missed a lot of conversations on this matter. I've never said Loco led a clan, but since Loco and Silver are the more prominent Mando players they're word carries more weight and neither have been vehemently opposed to Sisk's claim OOC. First of all the Fetts were already pledged to Sisk and Liv's portion of them are now NPCs since his Fett is inactive, and Bac has control over all those NPC clans and he gets to decide who joins. And from what I've heard is that most of them will join since this is the storyline the Admins want to occur. Once Rise is finally over Bac will tell Sisk how much of the NPCs will join specifically. If you want I can get Sisk down here.

Factually incorrect in what way? I've been talking to Silverface and Sisk and Loco on Skype and I was never under the impression that there were that many clans who weren't joining. Even Echoylir was reconsidering hearing Sisk's offer.

Schedule is weird. This week I'm off every day. I work on Monday, off on Tuesday, etc. Tuesday I got the whole planned/busy but the other days I'm off I'll be home for sure all day.

Around 8AM central time. Usually. By 10-12 I'll be on probably that entire time.

I'm off again on Tuesday but I have plans. I'm on pretty late on Skype, I got to pick up my friend from work so I don't get home until late. But really you can PM me. I'm pretty much most available in the mornings though.
