    Oh honey, you can't trust people with your money. Make sure you have them sign a receipt when you give them rent money. And yes, every month/time. Also a propper writen contract wouldn't be too bad either.

    Aaaawww Don't feel that way! Just be friendly, and others will be friendly back <3 When it comes to role plays, I know what you mean. I feel that way about my own writing quite often. But the truth is, there is always going to be someone better at something than you are. And vice versa. Don't compare your weaknesses to other's strengths!
