This RP is more of a check-in, to show case your characters, what their up to, all that. From what I gather from the DC Universe, Gotham and Metropolis aren't too far away from one another, so perhaps Luthor's men could have sent Axel to Gotham, considering their criminals are a bit more... nastier. Just giving you some ideas, but being in Gotham probably increases the possibility for interaction with other PCs.
