Ooh, ouch. I've had that happen a few times. You know that if you do that and you leave the page, when you come back you can hit the Recover Saved button in the bottom left of the text box, and it will recover all your stuff.

Just reminding you to post on the dueling thread when you get the chance. Dueling threads have time limits on them to keep them from dragging out too much. ;)

Here's a breakdown:
1- Shift weight from right to left leg releasing form knee-grab
2- Shift of weight involves a knee with right leg
3- jump after left leg connects with the ground to avoid clapping of lower arms
4- uppercuts from initial post turn into outward wrist control on upper arms
5- leap up goes unhindered due to wrist control
6- leap turns into a flip over the head where hands move into a backwards arm bar across his neck
7- momentum and leaning forward rocks him back on his heel with the arm bar enforcing
8- lean to the right to roll him off to his left, where a real ease of the arm bar allows a neck choke with left arm, reinforced with right arm.
9- pull back to keep a firm footing
